It was scorching hot outside so it was welcome relief as we stepped in to have lunch at Abe. We were met by friendly servers and was shown a table. A high chair was also provided for our toddler. The waiter who took our orders was affable and helpful with recommendations. The buko juice was refreshing. The lumpia was delicious... More

Ambience was good. Food was authentic filipino. We tried the bamboo rice, hipon halabos, mais swam soup, and lengua. All were satisfying. Price is reasonable too. We're full.

Usually, i don't like Filipino cuisine but this is a pleasant exemption so i even went there twice in a time of two weeks. The food is tasty and of a very good quality. The menu offers lots of choices and even the picky European eater will find something that they might want to try. My favourite: lamb adobo. Its... More

In a mall where everything opens a bit late, it's nice to know that Abe opens earlier than the others and serves good coffee. It felt a bit warm initially, but was well adjusted. Their Manyamang Pork Asado is true to its name. Must try.

We ordered kamaru and chicharones, their specialty Pampanga appetizers aside from rice cooked in bamboo trunk, kare kare and krispy pla-pla. Good Filipino dishes with efficient attendants

The food was great and the service was exemplary. The staff and servers are professional and courteous. I will be returning to this establishment soon. So are my invited guests.

The food was alright, but perhaps Filipino food isn't as spicy as I had hoped. The tastes were interesting, but nothing burst forth. The service was solicitous. Unfortunately, there are only two wines to buy by the glass; otherwise, wine is only by the bottle.

Abe is a restaurant with a strong theme, a concept, which they execute quite well. The word Abe (ah'-beh) is from a FIlipino dialect, and it means "good friend". The place is aptly decorated with nostalgic black and white photographs of families and friends in days gone by, and the decor is a modernized version of traditional Filipino middle class... More
