About
Aramburu bets on the guest experience. The proprietary chef, Gonzalo Aramburu, experiments with sophisticated dishes that reflect his gastronomic philosophy, highlighting techniques of molecular gastronomy, such as: introduction of chemical elements (liquid nitrogen, for example); Foams, air, vacuum production among others. After visiting different restaurants and gastronomic schools of the world, Gonzalo designs daily a space of vanguard. Aramburu Restaurant presents a tasting menu by steps. The creative vision of the author combines Buenos Aires cuisine with national roots and a renewed menu every season.

From the moment you enter till the moment you leave, you are taken care off by the amazing staff! They are exceptionally well trained and see if you need anything. There was never a shortage of wine or water. The wines were perfectly chosen to...match the food. The plates were always nicely presented. The overall experience to sit and look at the open kitchen was great. It's an oiled machine and everybody knows exactly what to do and how to do it perfectly. In Belgium it's a normal thing to do to enter the kitchen and give an applause for the kitchen staff, but here you looked a little bit surprised :-) You deserved the applause because we had the best experience! We will definitely be back and next time we'll bring the entire family! Thanks a lot for the amazing night! Luli and TomMore

Pricey but worth every penny. Great tasting menu with wine pairing. Although only indoor seating is available tables were spread out to maintain the distance. For dessert we moved to a vary nice space upstairs. Will definitely come back.

An exclusive restaurant where you can order a 19 step tasting menu. Not cheap, but you get an unique experience. The reason of not giving 5 stars is that in at least 3 of the plates, there was no tasting experience. The hydrogenated watermelon i.e...did not have any taste at all.More

A must! This is my fourth visit to Aramburu. I come here every time I visit BA and I am never disappointed. The food is amazing and the wine paring as well.

An incredible journey I would really recommend anybody to join and save for. You will have this experience for days in your head. Totally inspiring and of course, very very delicious. Had also a vegetarian menu which was inspiring and tasty as the regular one.

Aramburu is by far one of the most creative and refined dining experiences in Argentina. Each dish was excellently prepared and thoughtfully paired with a local wine. The pictures (posted) will say more than a thousand words... I also appreciated that the sommelier took time...to provide us with a list of recommended wine estates to visit in Salta (Cafayate). Our visit to Aramburu took place before the COVID-19 lockdowns. We sincerely wish that the restaurant and its dedicated team will be able to withstand this challenging time and pick it up where it used to be.More

We spend almost two hours in there, and the time went by so quickly. Most of the dishes are very small, but I don’t think you can get only some of them. But in my opinion that would be sad to do. It’s like a story that you... More
