One of my spouses work colleagues made a reservation here. This was my first experience with such an extensive multi-course meal. The food and wine pairings were excellent, I enjoyed each of the 18 courses, and the six wines. 3.5 hours went by quite quickly....More

On few occasions in a lifetime, you have a meal that you rate as pivotal - for food, service and atmosphere. Our evening at Aramburu was one of these, so let me share it with you. To book a place at Aramburu, you need to...More

Wow! Presentation, taste, ambience was wonderful. Staff were great, responsive via email and not at all pretentious. Everyone was friendly. The wine pairing with the tasting menu should not be missed. The only offer is a tasting menu (not regrettably!) so don't book if you're in...More

We had the pleasure of dining a Aramburu last night. We try to visit this amazing restaurant every time we visit Buenos Aires. Each experience is better then the last! The 19 course tasting menu paired with great wines from Argentina is not to be...More

Some showcased molecular gastronomy techniques like raspberry vinaigrette dressing frozen with nitrogen that you mixed together with goat cheese and beets to make an exquisite paste for your salad. Or the tiny stock...More

There's little point in detailing our experience here since it's no choice and every day will be different. Suffice it to say that I would take the 12 hour flight back to BA just to eat here again.

Amazing experience, if you are visting BA do not miss this! All dishes are really tasty, good size, not just a 'molecular size' sample like in other tasting menus. The variety is great, ranging sea food, fish, pork and steak. Gluten free options available that...More

It is not cheap but worth the whole experience. Small restaurant but great food. As normal you have a set menu but the quality is good. I also had the wine arrangement and that was also really nice. You can see the kitchen working. The...More

Since there are already extensive reviews with photos, I want to keep this short. I was a good dining experience, however I felt that I could have been better. I did the wine pairing which it helped. Maybe my experience was affected by selecting a...More

If i remember rightly, I believe it may be the tasting menu only but I can assure you it isn't an overwhelming amount of food. I think you can choose between 6 or 8 courses. The portions are all very small and come out at... More
