Great restaurant in a bit odd location, and easily the best food experience I have had in Argentina including several visits to gourmet restaurants. It´s a difficult task to combine perfectly crafted food with a cosy environment, but they succeed in Aramburu. We have also visited their sister bistro across the street, which is also a quality experience.

I somewhat anxiously arrived at Arumburu. A totally underwhelming arrival. Nondescript street and even more entrance. Ringing the bell to gain access felt odd - bordering on theatrical. This is clearly intentional as theatrics are all part of the most amazing dining experience I've ever been privileged to enjoy . A set menu of nineteen courses seemed excessive but it... More

Every course was delicately prepared, well presented, freshly sourced and packed with flavours. I tried Central at Lima and also Tegui, both on Latin America's Top 50 and I must say my experience at Aramburu wins hands down. I love the crispy pork with pear ice cream (who knew??), the scallops, grilled squid, prawn soup on hot stone, blue cheese... More

After a few emails finally managed to get a booking. Amazing food experience! Wine paring was OK, unique and different. Not the types of wine I would have selected but added to the unique "only in BA" experience. Highly recommend this place if you have the time in BA for a long dinner.

Arumburu is very expensive but it is also one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten in. The vast majority of the 18 courses absolutely delicious the presentation and attention to detail is superior to any restaurant that we have ever eaten in anywhere in the world. We let them know when we made the reservation that my husband... More

I have an amazing experience in this place, the food, the wines and the ambient is unique. Ideal for an anniversary or celbration.

This was definitely one of the best dining experiences we've ever had (and the top during our trip to Buenos Aires). Every single dish on the 17- course tasting menu hit it out of the park with regards to flavor, use of fresh local ingredients, and creativity. Standouts on the menu include the beef smoked with some sort of local... More

The food and service are extraordinary. A place for those that enjoy great food, w/ a 18 course tasting menu. Best dinner I had in Buenos Aires. The price is very reasonable. Finally, when we were there there was a partial power outage, which lasted for 3 or at most 4 of the courses. The staff was cool under pressure,... More

For foodies this restaurant is over the top. So often when you have a 18 plate tasting menu there are hits and misses. With Aramburu they were all hits. They use cutting edge techniques like molecular gastronomy to accentuate the dishes not to keep you guessing what it is. Every plate is geared to all the senses. Visually appealing, wonderful... I had a couple of evenings to spend on my own in BA and I decided I wanted to go to a nice restaurant. Based on reviews of other "solo diners" I chose Aramburu and requested to be seated at the Chef's table so I could look into the kitchen. I made the reservation by email in English and I... More
