In an old neighborhood! Jewish deli. Moderate menu! Specialties! We tried Pastrami (very good), cheese and eggplant filas (filled pastries) (simply delicious) and Varenikes (Eastern European dough filled with potato and fried onion), a bit greasy. We asked for a clean plate and took away...More

The place is unassuming, and prices are mid-range, but the experience is great. Food is delicious, the pastrami was great, and so were the laks and other things we tried. We enjoyed it enormously, and haven't had this experience in Argentina, other than in our...More

The kreplach were absolutely delicious, the salad with salmon balls was not great- the salmon was dry. I think the pastrami was probably the best idea. Nice place for NY style Jewish food

Went for lunch with my tour guide, Gustavo Bodner. Best Pastrami I've ever had. The place was fun and the food is excellent. Don't miss!

Llegue a este lugar por recomendación de una amiga, el lugar es simple y muy limpio, se nota que el propietario tiene las cosas claras y sabe que la gente va a "comer". El menú mezcla con exito la comida judia de distintos orígenes. Al...More

Located in a “real” BA neighborhood (outside downtown). You can easily get there by subway (B line). This place is so very nice to have a lunch break on an easy Saturday noon. A word of warning: don’t eat too much at breakfast. You have...More

La Crespo serves authentic Eastern European & Russian cuisine of Jewish heritage. This place is as authentic as my memories can tell. It's a freshener for your palate in a city with an abundance of restaurants focused on meats and breads. The potato latkes were...More

Description
Its like a new york style jewish "fast food" restaurant. They have Kniches ands Boios and Hot pastrami sandwiches...But it is very local in its fashion and decoration. Quite interesting!
