We like to eat at Chen's at noon and order off the menu from about 20 choices. Some form of chicken and Lo Mein are our favorites.

Great neighborhood restaurant. Nothing fancy but good food. It's our default restaurant when we can't make up our mind. Wonderful lunch specials which are very reasonably priced. Service is very fast. Take out portions are generous. Love, love, love their wonton soup. Worth the stop

It seemed like a family run business, a lot of staff hanging around while you eat and speaking their native language. The staff service was prompt. The food on the other hand was pretty bad. It tasted like it came off a frozen food truck....More
I've eaten in and had takeout; excellent every time! Tasty and hot, their dishes are just the way you'd like them and pricing is very reasonable.
