Love their menu! Have never been disappointed with our food. Our personal favorites are the ribs lunch playe and spam misubi. Glad they are all over the Phoenix valley.

My daughter went to Chipotle, my hubby to Subway, and I saw this place right near them. You can park and go to all these different restaurants. We ordered the FISH with the rice and stuff, and the a chicken dinner. The Chicken was a...little tough, but the fried Fish was wonderful!! Very good food.More

I stopped in for my first time to grab something to go. I chose the Kalbi short ribs. Lots of meat and came with greens, white rice and macaroni salad. The meat was a little gristly but the tast was outstanding. I'll be back.

I was a bit disappointed with this restaurant, the food was not appealing to me. And the chicken and rice I think could be better. The place was really cold we ate outside. I had to give this place a try, I was curious. Other...than that it was clean and good customer service. ThanksMore

We found a coupon in the newspaper and decided to give it a try. Upon approaching the counter to place our order, the attendant handed us a pair of scissors to clip the coupon. He rang up the order and ran my credit card before...I could present to coupon. I asked if he could void the transaction and re-run it with the coupon. He told me that he could not. I demanded to speak to the manager. I was connected on the phone with the franchisee/manager/owner? to explain. At first my request was denied. I then asked to just be refunded the amount of the coupon. Finally, I was asked to give the phone to an attendant. I got the $ 5.00. The food was only Average at best but the lack of customer service left a bad taste. Never going back!!!More

I will say it was above average, but nothing spectacular. Food was good, though way too much rice for what little meat they give you. My friend liked it and his wife made this place sound like the best thing since sliced bread. May be...I am not much of a Hawaiian food fan.More

On my way to the airport to return home and made a pit stop at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. This place is awesome, quick service, made to order. What they lack in slow service due to lack of staffing, they make up for in quality quick...service food. Place looked clean. I have eaten at other Ono's in the past and this one seemed to top them all. Prices are good, and if other people in your party don't want Hawaiian BBQ there are a few other places literally next door so everyone should be happy. Two scoops of rice and a side of mac...yes please, the usual! LOLMore

Basic storefront in food outlet area of large shopping center. Pleasant but uninspired decor similar to many on the islands, surfboard, surfer mural etc. Seat yourself, order at counter. pick up when called. Very friendly counter staff. Wife had katsu chicken, I had bbq beef....Came with coleslaw & traditonal 2 scoop box lunch white rice. Food was good, but not outstanding, pretty much like the islands. Will go againMore

Had my first Ono's today! A great alternative to the usual. The flavor was wonderful, service friendly and the portions were very generous. The teriyaki sauce was plentiful and tasty. I will definitely eat there again.
