This restaurant is just of the main square of Salta where the food offerings are not great. It is a typical Argentine Grill and the food was fairly standard and quite good. Prices were reasonable and the service was fine. There are better restaurants away from the square.

Best avoided, targets tourists unfamiliar with the area. The food was lukewarm at best, flavorless and disappointing.

A very cold atmosphere, the staff was not friendly at all. It took for ever to get the attention of the waiters. The food was poorly served. I would not recommend this place

It was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was rather dirty (how will it look like in the kitchen if the restaurant isn't clean?), the bread was old, the chicken still raw, the french fries were extremely fatty - I have never eaten these kind of french fries before - and the veal steak was already cold when it arrived.

This is a large restaurant, just off the main square. Essentially styled as a Parilla (grill), with a woodfire inside the front window, with a few goats slow roasting on display, it looks quite attractive. The menu features parilladas (selected grill items) for 1, 2 or 3, steaks, variety meats, a full range of pasta, and a limited selection of... More

Salta is not an easy city in which to find a decent place for a meal ( call it what you will) on Sunday afternoon at 3 pm, but this Italian-sounding establishment was still open (it closes at 4 pm) as we approached the Main Square, and other eateries within the precincts of the square itself were mostly cafe/bars, or... Wouldn't necessarily recommend the squid - which I had one night - but the rest of the food was good.

We ordered two Bife de chorizos which turned out to be the worst steaks we have ever eaten in Argentina ( and there have been quite a few!). The looked ok but were extremely tough, almost as though they had cooked a different cut of meat and disguised it as Bife de chorizo! We had been travelling for 10 hours... More

Came here with a group on a fixed price menu. Food was basic and edible but regret we were disappointed at every turn. Jamon ensalada was two wafer thin slices of processed ham with tomato. Very disappointing. Bread served without butter and the local beer ran out! Main course was steak and chips. Steak was over cooked unfortunately. For those... More

It is a rather large place. Good service. They serve local fare: Empanadas, Locro, Humita, Tamales, Quesillo. Average prices
