From the semi-rude waitress telling us to come back in 15-30 minutes when we showed up at 8pm (listed as opening time?) to the fact that Cordero on the Asado was unavailable (even though listed on chalkboard outside) to the semi-greasy trout cooked in tin foil, this place just did not cut it for me. Wish we had gone back... More

Not sure about other dishes, but the bife de chorizo (ny strip) as well as the brochettes were simply perfect, juicy and nicely cooked. We had them with a very good trumpeter malbec.

Cozy authentic atmosphere in a cool Chalet-style house a couple blocks off the main street. Menu offers everything you'd want from the parrilla, but we love the lamb (cordero), it's just perfect, delicious, crunchy skin, tender meat. And the lomo (filet) in Malbec sauce is spectacular. Salads, pan casero, chorizo, empandas, pure de papas, all delicious. And a very good... More

One of the best steaks I've had in my whole life. We don't really eat much steak anymore as it never compares to the steak we had at Don Florencio!! Delicious and big portions. Really busy restaurant so you might want to consider booking ahead! Worth going to San Martin just for this restaurant! We were only here for one... More

Went with my wife last year and was a good experience. We took sirloin and rib eye and nowadays I cannot define which one was better. At nights you might better get there early because around 9pm there is a big risk of spend some time waiting for a table

Delicious and delectable steak cooked to perfection. Paired with great wines, there is no need for sides although Don Florencio offered a wide variety. Great service and ambiance.

When ordering, I always ask about MSG and I don't like it when no one in the restaurant knows what mono-sodium-glutamate is. Sadly that's what happened here. Anyway we went on and had a look at the wine list: what a sad list was this. Not any ingeniuity or nice surprise, only common big commercial wineries with their most common... More

We loved the wine, the service and meats at this great authentic Argentine restaurant. We liked the prices and and the salad, it was above par for other places have tried in San Martin de los Andes.

The food was absolutely delicious - if you are after a good Argentinian steak, you will not be disappointed (although one of my two fillet medalions was overcooked but they brought 2 fresh ones with fresh gravy). The service was something else: from having booked a particular table 30' before and then finding they had placed someone else there to... More
