I have been to Argentina on numerous occasions and have visited endless Parrillas and i must say that La Parrilla de Tony tops the lot! The food was outstanding and the service was excellent, the asador himself serves the meat and is very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was a problem. This is a very traditional restaurant in the Bariloche style. The food (meat!) is great, and the service very courteous and efficient. The grilling is done in view of everyone, and the smell is fantastic. A disappointing point, however, is that they do not accept credit cards.

Ate here on a recent trip to Argentina. Recommended by our guide and it all we wanted for dinner I.e. Steak. The restaurant is not excellent but the staff are polite and provide a good service. Good option for barbecue, not too expensive, good service, well located. Ambient isn´t too classy, but it´s nice and comfortable.

We had a great meal here - between two of us we shared the meat platter and we got to try many different cuts of meat, most of which were delicious, however we did get one piece that was really overdone and we couldn't eat. Didn't make too much difference though because there was so much meat on the platter... More

We got recommended by the hostel's staff, the result turned out was great! (Locals do know where to have a good meal! :) We ordered the beef de chorizo (rump steak) and beef de lomo (tenderloin), they cooked at the perfect texture that we ordered (medium rare)! We were in Bariloche for 2 weeks of work meetings in August 2016. We went to Tony's twice. They put us in the private room on the 2nd floor, made us a special package price for all we could eat (meat, salad, appetizers and pasta for the vegetarians) and drink (soft drinks, wine and beer). We came here because the Place we originally intended was closed. Maybe for the better, since the lomo was simply great. Also the fries and salad were nice, the malbec anyway, the chimichurri was the best we had in Argentina so far. Overall, really good, except for maybe the atmosphere, which is not super cosy ...but ok... Would definitely come... More
