The mariscos were so good at this place. They were fast with our food. Everything was delicious. My son loved the birrea Tacos.

Simplicity itself! A small mom-and-pop operation with immediate service. Tacos, tacos, and more tacos with a wealth of fresh toppings and salsas. Oh, and the prices? So low, you will wonder if you heard it right the first time! Perfect lunch meeting for two!

If you are in Nogales Az and want to stop for a nice, authentic Mexican lunch this is the spot. Very good food and nice people running the restaurant.

Was very pleasantly surprised when we stopped in for a quick lunch. Atmosphere was limited, but the food and service were excellent. Very tasty soft and hard tacos were served with the meat on a tortilla, and the customer gets to add the fixings as desired, including the types of salsas preferred. Return to the counter to pay after enjoying... More

Probably the best fish & shrimp soup I've had - incredibly smooth. Has become one of my favorites restaurants in southern Arizona.

Nogaleños sent me here. So glad they did! Impossibly tucked behind auto shops on 3rd Street, this place is clean, fast, inexpensive, and incomparably good. Try the Salsa Negra. If you dare...

Delicious food when I eat there it's always a with a friendly smile that they take my order. My family has always eaten here since I was a kid, I am now twenty eight and this place has only gotten better with age. There shrimp tacos are the best I have ever eaten, this is also comparing tacos from a... More

Don't know if this qualifies as one of the best meals I've ever had in a restaurant because Cocina Lay Ley isn't like anywhere else I've ever eaten. I'm sure it would be number one in it's appropriate category, I'm just not sure what the category is for certain. Understated would be an overstatement if one considers location. Not anywhere... They mostly serve seafood and tacos you find south of the border. The place doesn't seem impressive but the food taste very good. Had the fish and shrimp soup and wife had the birria soup and weren"t dissappointed.
