We've had lunch here a couple of times, but this was the first time for dinner. A lot of Italian items on the menu. My wife had the Chicken Piccata - very nice. Served with a lemon garlic sauce and capers, spinach and pasta. I had the Salmon Floretine, also very tasty. Served with potatoes and spinach. The sauce was... More

When we first entered, we were told to sit where ever. We all sat (4 of us) and waited substantially before any server acknowledged us. Had to get our own menu. We asked about a bread option and was told there was no bread option until after 5pm. So she suggested a crispy bread/toast. She came out with the bread... More

Low key and comfortable. Owner and wife very friendly and super helpful. Dined on the House Filet which was prepared to perfection exactly as ordered. Chef is a music buff and the decor is truly a guitar. The house special soup was tomato and basil. Fabulous does not adequately describe the presentation and most importantly the taste. This is a... We walked in there on an "off" day I guess because there wasn't a soul inside other than the owners. They boast of a full house on their Sat. live music nights but I really couldn't say on that day. The waitress/co-owner was very friendly and attentive but how could she not be when we were the only people there.... More

Stopped in for lunch. The Owner was quite accommodating. The food was very good but I thought the prices were excessively high

The ambience and food presentation are kind-of stark and the menu is limited. But my husband's chicken piccata tasted great. My pork marsala was ok. I saw a fella's hamburger which looked outstanding. Next time I'll try that. The chef-owner cooks everything fresh for you and they have full bar. We'll try to go again on a music night and... More

Don't miss a chance to visit a restaurant with a chef who is really passionate about his dishes and if you're lucky his wife will be your server. We had a wonderful time and a delicious meal. And dessert. Full bar and excellent drinks. Chef owns restaurant and is a guitar player and collector ( you'll enjoy wall displays). Thoroughly... More

I was a little concerned when we walked in because there were only two tables occupied but was quickly surprised. Assume it was because it was late. Nice atmosphere, great decorations. Live entertainment. Menu was limited but more than adequate. We both had the Steak, which was excellent. Waitress was very friendly. Plan to return.

We and many of our friends eat here at least 3 or 4 times a month when we are in Tucson for the winter. Tremelo is owned by chef Paul and his wife Janet. They do all the cooking, serving and bar tending. A small restaurant that serves fresh local ingredients ( much of it organic) and a well kept... More

We ate at Cafe Tremolo after a movie. They had live music on a Saturday night. They take reservations and were relatively full, but had room for walk-ins. The service was a little slow, I think there is only one cook. The restaurant is impeccably clean. The food was very good. It was a little bit on the pricey side... More
