I eat at Rubio's often, typically for dinner. This Rubio's is in a food court next to the AMC theaters and appear to be unable to handle the traffic on a Friday evening. After ordering our food, the service was slow and when we received our order the food was cold. Not luke warm or even cool; the tortillas for... More

I fell in love with Rubio's when I used to go to California on a regular basis. When I saw they were in Phoenix, I just had to get some delicious fish tacos. They still rank as one of the BEST fish taco places on the planet.

I know Rubio's is a chain restaurant, but the food is great. I am a great fan of their fish tacos and verde salsa. There is no rush to finish your meal *ever* and the place always has a steady stream of customers. There is a small patio area if you wish to eat al fresco.

Had the taco plate with chicken and stake tacos. Decent food. Was expecting a bit more in terms of the sides for the 'plate'... got just a few cips and 2 spoons of been a :(. Had better in other places. The craft IPA local beer was good but I thought overpriced at $4.50. It's $3.25 next door at Smashburger.... More

I won't go back here, food quality is inconsistent and usually poor. Its definitely fast food with people preparing it in front of you.

This restaurant was interesting. It was like a fast food when you order but they bring the food out on actual plates like a sit down. The inside is small and seating was limited especially if you have a party of more than 4. If there is a line of customers waiting to order they will be in the seating... More

I am continuously impressed with how good the food is here. And they seasonally have specials to offer. It is also a good place to take kids. And many gluten free options.

Similar to Chipotle near the movie theater. They do not make it in front of you and serve you on actual plates. Burritos come with chips and salsa for $6.99. Not the greatest but on par with other fast food Mexican places.

Nothing more to say ! If you want Mexican food this is not the place . Healthy food maybe , but no taste at all , maybe the salsa gives it a little flavor . Can't taste the meat .

I went here as part of a quick business lunch with a group of colleagues. As I have been mentioning before, for a vegetarian, there are only a few staples that is available. My friend recommended the Vegetable burrito, which was freshly made with beans, salsa, green peppers, zucchini onions and a few other sauces. This was served with freshly... More
