I came here with family two Saturdays ago. For it being super busy like it was it wasn’t that long of a wait for five people. They were super pleasant from beginning to end. They have a really neat stuff to look around at the...store. I actually found my favorite chocolate covered cherries on accident. So I had to buy some. We had a 15 minute wait but we were able to get seating. Then once we were seated. We were immediately given our drinks as well. The server was so nice. The service itself was fantastic. We got all of our food it was correct. And everyone loved their breakfast/brunch they chose. I got the hash brown casserole. It was so good and it filled me up so quickly I had to take it home with me. I would definitely suggest this restaurant because it’s so fantastic and fun just to look around plus to eat at.More
Great food for a low price. The last time I went to Cracker Barrel was in Nashville, TN. I was happy to see that it was just as good as I remember in Arizona. Consistent for breakfast. I got Grandmas Special which came with a...lot of food for the price. I also got a vanilla latte. Being from California, getting brunch for $15 with as much food as I got is unheard of. Plus the hashbrown casserole was sooooo good!! I waited about 20min for a party of 1. They are operating at 50% due to COVID. You can also pay contactless online which is nice.More
We decided not to eat at the hotel, but find a Cracker Barrel. We are never disappointed at Cracker Barrel. The food was excellent and the server was also excellent. We had the country boy breakfast and, as usual, there was more than enough food....Our only complaint was that the biscuits, served with the gravy, were doughy. Otherwise, a very tasty enjoyable breakfast.More
Our yearly holiday family breakfast at CB. Sadly, there were not any holiday offerings like prior years. Service was good as usual, but the kitchen was poor on this visit. French toast was not cooked well, nor was the bacon, which was too raw.
We...had much better experiences here on prior visits, and hope this is a one-time issue.More
Came to this outlet on recommendation from the hotel, my brother wanted to change the additional items such as porridge, gratis for additional eggs. The server refused to change anything, rather have us order the extra to be thrown away.
She was rude, i asked...for additional condiments which never came. It was as if she knew she was going to get a tip so didnt bother...
Seems odd that this place is not flexible with changing items. For one of the first times i left without giving a tip.More
Great food and great service. Had the opportunity to talk with a sales girl named Joanna, what a nice lady and world traveled. The whole family enjoyed her great personality and friendly smile. My dad who is 88 talked about her on our trip back...to California, think hes smitten with her. That place made our whole vacation more enjoyable!More
What can I say about this Cracker Barrel that hasn't been said about other Cracker Barrels in the past. Probably not much, except that you'll experience the same great quality food here as you will at so many others across this great country. What I...will say different is the incredible service I received from John as my waiter. Truly a great professional waiter that cares about his customers and cares about providing them great service. I stopped in around 9 p.m. the other evening after driving from Los Angeles, on my way to Texas, tired and just wanting a good meal. John listened well to my order, brought everything asked for with a kind and courteous smile and greeting. He anticipated the little things that are so often overlooked and was always professional and courteous. I was so impressed that I watched him wait on the family of 4 next to me and he was the same with them, so the excellence that he showed me was not an act, but a habit. Great experience and would highly recommend this Cracker Barrel and John as your waiter.More
