Visiting while in AZ and this was on my two tweenage daughters list. The restaurant was clean, prompt and friendly. The burgers were outstanding, far superior to almost all fast food or fast casual burger places. The patty was juicy, fresh veggies and tasted great. The French fries are dreadful. Flavorless, in seasoned. It’s like eating a formed mashed potato. Sure they are ‘fresh cut’ but there is a reason everyone else let’s them sit in water and double fries them or par bakes.
Go here, have a super awesome burger, but skip the fries all together!!!

Good quick bite. Love the burgers and fries. We got there early right as they opened and were able to get a table without any issues

Since I live in Chicago, this restaurant is an legend,a must do on the West Coast when visiting. I thought the hamburger was not super tasty and the fries were not cooked enough. It was only $13 for 2 people to eat so I can't get too upset,but I think other chains do better with hamburgers and fries.

We've always loved the business model for in and out, always see it as a real treat when we get to stop there but we're not going back to eat anymore. yes we like the friendly staff, the fresh fries the good lettuce and tomatoes on the hamburgers but the meat is atrocious anymore. spend a little more on the most important part of the hamburger we won't be back until you do. I'm betting we speak for a lot of others. last couple of hamburgers we had my wife described as mushBurgers. by the time I got down to the bottom of what was supposed to be a well done hamburger , it was like boiled beef and not very much of it.

We were very disappointed with our first in-n- out burger experience. The burger was ok, but didn't cover but 2/3 of our buns. All 4 meals were like that. The fries were be tasteless and cold. My teens can say they ate here, but we were not impressed at all.

We love In and Out Burger in California. We stopped here on our way out of tow. I love the butter all over the burger, but the patties seemed smaller. Fries were not the as good as other times. The chocolate shake was great.

I am an east coaster, so while traveling to the Phoenix area, I was excited to finally be able to try In-N-Out. Now, I don't know that it hung the moon for fast food burgers, but yes, I see what the hype is all about. Because the menu is small, I had to go online for the secret menu, so I would be able to order something interesting, I went with a double double animal style. Now, keep in mind, I had not eaten all day and was hangry by 3 pm Eastern time. I finished most of my burger and about half of the fries. The fry portion is huge, really meant to be shared by a couple people. The price was super reasonable. Next time, I think I will save some room and order protein style. YUM

Living on the east coast, I don't always get a chance to visit an In-N-Out Burger. So while I was visiting some friends in Phoenix we stopped in for lunch. DELICIOUS! LOVE the burgers!!!
