I ate here by myself and had great service. The salad and Salmon were outstanding! This has got to be one of the best kept secrets on Whiskey Row.

Bistro St. Michael is right in the central historic district of Prescott. They have a full bar and lots of options for lunch. I ordered the wild salmon salad which was quite delicious. They also offer several wines by the glass. The waitstaff is efficient and friendly. This is a very casual place and seems to be popular with tourists... More

As part of St Michael Hotel - breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner. If lucky to get a window seat and people watching is your thing - great. The food was well prepared. Wait staff honored a slight change to the menu item. Have not done dinner - only lunch & breakfast. For breakfast this should be the number one restaurant in... More

Since we were staying at the Hotel, our breakfast at the Bistro was included. We both had the quiche the first morning and it was very good. It came with a side of fruit. Second morning was oatmeal and it was good. We also ate lunch here one day. I had the tomato artichoke soup. Very good and it came... More

No, seriously - the creme brulee reminded me of my mom's custard. I just wanted to wallow around in the (deep) dish afterwards. That bit aside, we had a great dinner at this restaurant. Service was quick and friendly, the food quality was very good, and the setting (old hotel bar feeling) was fun. We were told they have a... More

We are usually here for breakfast, a few times lunch. I understand they are now open for dinner and the menu seems okay. Breakfast here has been consistently good, and reasonable in pricing. Their Southwest Omelet (or scramble) is top notch, just great with their homemade salsa. The filet and eggs with béarnaise sauce is done perfectly. Their breakfast potatoes... More

An old, historic hotel with a restaurant. Old hardwood floors. A limited menu. We got a fish & chips plate & a burger plate. Both had an ample serving of fries. Both plates were very good. An interesting dinner location.

The Bistro does not take reservations, but assured us we would make it work. They made it work. The Bloody Marys were great. We ordered a myriad of dishes. I had the huevos rancheros, they were okay. I prefer them a little saucier. They service was attentive without be hovering. The whole place is vibrant and enjoyable. I think it... More

A small quiet restaurant associated with a historic hotel. The food is good. The service can be a little slow, but friendly. This restaurant is on the Northwest corner of the town square with a good street level view of Downtown activities.

Across from the historic Prescott courtyard and the restaurant for the Hotel Saint Michael this establishment serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. Their menu has well over 50 items and hard not to find something you cannot like. If you are a guest of the hotel breakfast is complimentary. They have one of the best cappuccinos in Prescott!
