If you come from a part of the country where you can't get this type of food, then it was wonderful. If you come from a part of the country where you can get this food then it was so so.

We ate breakfast and like the place so much we returned for lunch. The chicken soup with noodles, pastrami, chicken salad were all excellent and the portions ample. A good deal is the soup, sandwich and slaw - a cup of soup, half a jumbo...More

My husband and I stopped for lunch at Chompies. We were not disappointed. The corned beef Reuben and the hot tongue sandwich were delicious. French fries and cole slaw were also very good. Menu was very large. Will return if we are in the area.

First of all, their menu should have more details. It doesn't mention things like the home-style potatoes have onions in them. Details like that aside, the food was barely warm and nothing special taste wise. We have certainly paid less for better food.

Chompies is a good place for a business meeting with plenty of table room! The menu is like an encyclopedia so take your time to order. Won't go wrong with bagel and smear! Good coffee and staff is nice

I found waiting staff take things for granted not offering available options to customers. Another time with another wait staff, even after I had her repeat my order, the food didn't come out as she stated back to me. When I... More
