Very busy on a SAT. Twenty minutes wait for s table. Food tasty and hot. Lots of Western activities outside. Tourist type stuff, nice to see it once.

Had and early dinner and wanted something light. Selected the chief's Salad. It came on a plate not a bowl and was just ok . Others in the group had their soup and felt it was really good. A little expensive for what you got.

Took a friend to Longhorn for his birthday dinner tonight. I was disappointed in our meals. My ribs were very gritty, and although his chopped steak was okay, it wasn't very warm when served. We were disappointed to say the least.
Really great home style cooking. I had meatloaf and my husband had chicken fried steak. Both were excellent. The dinner salads were so fresh with real home made dressings. The front desk clerk at our hotel recommended Longhorn. She was right, it was GREAT!
