My wife and I loves Soda's and this place is pretty typical. The breakfast was great and the view at sunset is fantastic.

Food was bland and nothing special about it. I did like the view from the top of the hill. You could see the ocean.

You really have to try Marcella's cakes/pies. They are delicious. Also the view on the 2nd floor is the best in town.

Good menu, not overwhelming, and good prices. We both enjoyed our dinners. They serve beer but not wine, however, they let us get a bottle of wine from the grocery store next store and provided wine glasses. Nice view too.

We had a great breakfast here, it is one of the few places open mid morning in Drake bay and had good food and views of the surrounding wildlife.

My options as a vegetarian were very limited. Nevertheless, I left the restaurant stomach full. Tried their mashed plantain fry and refried beans - delicious. Also the duo smoothie ( mango & cas) was an interesting drink I had. Interesting anecdote, not knowing Spanish, I and the host engaged in a game of sign communication to order my food. Later,... Good service, ordinary food. We had a typical platter with steak, fish ceviche, and chicken soup. The soup was tasty, the ceviche was a bit sour (I'd suggest mixing in a little orange juice with the lime juice) and the typical plate was pretty typical. Like everything in Drake Bay, pretty expensive for what you get. I did see others... More

We ate here twice as two couples and were very impressed with the fish casados on the first visit. Delicious red snapper, with a crispy skin on the second visit, the fish soup was also a hit. The smoothies were also refreshing. Nice elevated seating area upstairs. Service was friendly and attentive, you can also have your laundry done here... More

Nice service, good food and fresh fish. The smoothies are also a plus. The ceviche is very fresh and it is served with delicious patacones. A fair price is paid for the service and food.

We ate here a few times during our stay in Drake Bay! From the Ceviche to the Casados, the Big Grilled fish to the Fish al Ajillo, everything tasted very good and like a home cooked meal! To top it of, the staff was very nice and attentive!
