If you are trying to do a trip on the cheap, then skip this place, but the food is pretty good. Service was very attentive and you get to enjoy a huge video screen with a documentary playing about the Grand Canyon.

The Big E steakhouse was across form our hotel and we were pleasantly surprised that the steak was excellent. Service also outstanding . They have a move on the Grand Canyon that also is a nice treat.

Potato medley was even dry. 1 burger was supposed to be well but it was burned to a crisp. Way overpriced. Waiter Ruben was the only saving grace. Great guy.

The drinks were great. The food was ok, not stellar. For a steak restaurant, it wasn't better than your typical chain, especially considering the price.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner after a 6-mile hike in the Grand Canyon on our way to Flagstaff - and it was absolutely delicious!! Being from NY, we didn't find this overpriced at all. We paid for a wonderful meal. I had...More

Expensive and average at best food. Steak quality quite low compared to the price, calamari was over fried and chicken was bland.

The atmosphere here was great and staff were friendly and attentive. I thought though that it was Overpriced and not worth the money we paid. I had the kebabs which were pleasant but not much meat on them.

Whilst in the Grand Canyon area stopped in here for an early dinner (about 5.30pm). From the moment we entered the premises we were met with first class service and more importantly a good range of choice foodwise. The service by Rodrigo was top drawer...More

Do you know you are an embarrassment to good dining establishments everywhere, and simply don't care, because the Grand Canyon is just a day tour, which is rarely visited twice, or are you totally unaware that your overpriced food and careless service sucks?
