I didn't find this place anything special. Friendly staff but it didn't come up to the referral I received from park manager. Go to a restaurant for above average Mexican food. This is ok for fast food place.

I'm fairly new to the Yuma area but I understand that Mr. G's is a local's favorite. Family owned and operated, clean and attractive surroundings, food prepared to order. The carne asada burrito I had was quite tasty but also a bit pricey. I've found better values at other Yuma restaurants.

Pay no attention to bad reviews or comments like eating at a Spanish bus station, this place is awesome. Hello McFly, Yuma is an ethnically wonderful city with south of the border influences. Great food, authentic tastes, outstanding value. I travel all over the country, this is a repeat destination.

It's a small lunch crowd style place that makes me think of an over grown hotdog stand. Most customers get it to go.

We stopped because of the crowded parking lot, but it was like eating in a bus station. Spanish style hamburgers with great meat patties, but so-so tacos and burritos. Not bad, but not again.

The tacos, burritos, and plates are always very good. The beans are among my favorites in town - they are delicious. I have never had a bad meal here.

My wife ate at Mr. G's first based on the recommendations of locals and loved her beef burrito. When we went back we had the Carne Asada, extra cheese, guacamole and chips, everything was excellent. Mr. G's is not fancy, but it is clean and the food is EXCELLENT, and very reasonably priced! I highly recommend it, it is a... More

I grew up eating at Mr G's and somewhere back in the 70's or early 80's they stopped using salt in there beans and there tortillas took a turn for the worst. I would gladly pay twice the amount for a flour tortilla that they used to make by hand with the rubbery texture and taste to die for. Most... More

This is a local restaurant in Yuma, Arizona with a large, local following. We ate on our way to San Diego from Tucson. The food was very good. Nice sized portions for a very reasonable price. The rolled tacos were exceptional and very cheap. Can give this place a honest "thumbs up" rating.
