Cronin's is a hearty Irish pub full of decor, atmosphere a typical Irish bar/restaurant. A good buzz, good choice on the menu in particular fish choices as you are near the sea. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is first rate, especially the fish- so fresh. You must go if you are within 100kms. The whole ambiance is terrific.

I've been going to Cronin's Pub for 50 years. Today's lunch was disgusting - tasteless soup, a really sad cheese and ham toastie with cheap Taco chips on the side. When I complained, I was told I should have asked for the special. Unfortunately this wasn't on the menu. Not even an apology was forthcoming. Very disappointing. Back to the... More

Cronin's offers everything that you look for in a bar/restaurant - a lovely buzz as you enter the bar, full of chat and life. and then you move to the restaurant, a lovely seafood menu with choice. Beautiful mussels (and plenty of them!), to the seafood chowder just enough that it doesn't spoilt the main course. Sea Bass, Cod, Squid,... More

My wife, 2 kids and I had late lunch in Cronin's Bar, Crosshaven today midweek in early January and it was so enjoyable, I had to put pen to paper. Around 3.30pm, we sat with no issues being late for lunch. The kids had typical fare: Lovely light battered fresh Fish & Chips and Sausage & Chips both with a... More

Had lunch here recently and was treated to probably the best restaurant served fish and chips I have had in a long time. Others in my party had, mussels and calamari and all said they were delighted with the quality of the fare. All this and very reasonably priced as well. Couldn't really ask for more.

4 of us had the pleasure of dining in Cronin's on New Year's Eve. The food was excellent and varied from venison , fish to steaks with vegetarians catered for as well. Service was fast efficient and very friendly. The trio of desserts option is a great idea. We retired to the bar to have a few drinks before ringing... More
