We had a cozy booth on the restaurant side and ordered desserts. Very romantic atmosphere with beautiful tufted leather backs and soft lighting. Not too noisy on that half (as opposed to the bar side). We shared the molten cake and strawberry sorbet. Both were deliciously decadent!

We very much enjoy Theo's in the warmer month's when sitting on the porch is possible. Happy hour drinks and bites from 5-7. Inside a bit too dark and dreary at least for us. It can be cozy but not a steady diet. The porch is divine, the second it opens, sometimes early April with heater. Enjoy

Love Theo's and all of their concepts. This is our go to place to celebrate special occasions or if we need a great meal! Chef inspired food, tasty, and a feast for your eyes.

Beautiful surroundings with interesting menu options. Drinks selection is very good. Perfect date night or getting together with friends.

The overall ambience of Theo's is great. Kind of "Rat Pack" or "gentlemen's club" vibe, minus cigar smoke. The service was good, attentive but not not overly so. My guest's food was perfect. The duck was cooked exactly as it should be. Mine was not exactly perfect, I had to send it back, but they corrected the issue and comped... More

I enjoy the bar/lounge area or the outdoor seating. The bartender (Brian?) was very attentive and made excellent suggestions. It's a great place to lounge with a group of friends. Prices aren't cheap but the setting and service makes it worth it.

We really enjoyed our food but had bad service at both the table and bar. I would rate as excellent for food and average to bad for service. We enjoyed the mussels, oysters, and filet mignon. Enjoyed sitting outside on a beautiful evening and if service had been better it would have been a perfect night. We did not complain... More

Right near the wild bars of Dixon St. is a wonderful oasis of good food, excellent wine and ambiance. Bar scene is good, restaurant scene is better. Wonderful Italian dishes, good ribeye steak.

Theo's is a quaint restaurant tucked away in downtown Fay, just off Dickson Street, where everything happens. The food is wonderful and you'll meet your friends or find new ones at Theo's. Even during the week reservations are a good idea.

The food is incredible. It's authentic and delicious. I love the location off the square, secluded and great place to visit. I go every time I'm in town. My absolute favorite.
