Came here for a last minute meal with my partner, called ahead and they squeezed us in. We went for some of the biggest meals on the menu and was cooked perfectly and was such good value for money. We where served by Denzel and Shannon, Denzel was super helpful through out our meal and is a credit to the restaurant. Can't wait to come back with family and friends

AMAZING !!!

So honestly still a little wary of eating out or takeaway food yet, but having said that last weekend I fancied a roast but not the cooking bit, I decided to order from L&L for a few reasons 1) These guys food keeps popping up on my Facebook time line and looks amazing 2) most important these guys have worked all the way through this pandemic with strict rules in place and deserve full support for going above and beyond. From taking my takeaway order to collection was so easy and so safe,, I only had to drive to the back of the shop at the correct time beep my horn wait about 2mins and my food was brought out, well wrapped in boxes and tin foil it was placed on the table, I then got out and picked it up and all with a smile and thank you. I had pork and beef brisket( was missing when I got home, but no matter rang and was refunded the difference no hassle very apologetic) with roast potatoes, peas and sweet corn, cabbage, stuffing, gravy and Yorkshire pudding for £12 ish all cooked to perfection and a large portion (could share one between 2 small children easily ) piping hot even when I got home 10 mins later, would highly recommend you use this restaurant. This was my first visit and won’t definitely won’t be my last. My thanks to all 😃👍

I have been here before but I feel the food has only gotten better with the restaurants age. We shared a 3 meat platter but upgraded to pulled pork fries. I can highly recommend this deliecious addition. For the price for around £20 for this we had a great meal which filled us up for hours to come. The ribs were by far the best part of this meal; suculant, falling off the bone, laced in bbq suace. We met the manager while we were there who was very friendly and sounded encouraged that his business was doing good take away business as well as eat in after the pandemic.

Being an avid bbq fan I relished the chance to eat at a bbq restaurant while working locally. The decor hits the spot the waitresses top notch and attentive, drinks a little overpriced and only just acceptable. However the burger I had was very underwhelming, I opted for the mac n cheese burger. Portion size good appearance good, and in fairness the fries, bun, mac n cheese and other toppings were also good. However the burger was I suspect a bought in one that tasted like one you might get from a food van at a football match, cheap and mealy. I'm disappointed as we wanted to go back and try a meat tray the following day, I'm also disappointed as the super helpful staff are going to be tarnished by bad reviews not of there making.

Visited last night as I'd heard good things. However, if you are a chicken and pork lover then this is for you but if you want literally anything else it's one to avoid. Obviously not for kids either, the whole place lacked atmosphere and the service was distinctly average - that said our server was 'perky' when she spoke to us. But it was the food that was the biggest letdown, left actually feeling quite hungry and if you're not a fan of BBQ sauce then stay very clear as everything on the menu is swamped in it, the chicken burger was soggy - yuk - nothing worse and the chips were ok, the coleslaw really left a lot to be desired. That said the music choice would have suited your stereotypical biker but this drowned out the sound of silence on a Valentines evening. I'd say, fun to visit once but probably not again. Anyone for BBQ sauce?

I have used some really good cafes, been to some excellent restaurants but head and shoulders above these, stands Liquor and Loaded. Used the kerb side pick up service which worked remarkably well and was conducted with good social distancing practice. More over the food was cooked perfect, was succulent, tender and tasty with large portions. Particularly the rack of bbq ribs were the best ever. The only downside was the state of my hands face and Teeshirt when I had finished. Nothing new there then.

Our first night in Kings Lynn and discovered Liquor & Loaded. We ordered a tray of 5 meats and loaded fries all to share, and honestly everything tasted amazing! The rib meat just fell off the bone! We ordered a few cocktails between us too (good price at £6.50 each) which were also very nice. Just a small bit of feedback would be that the tables were a bit close together (not 2 metres). Also the tables were too small to fit our 3 trays of food on. But overall it was a very good experience. Despite the waiter only being on his second shift, he did very well!

Unreal food, service and great atmosphere

Me & my partner had dinner here last night. The food was absolutely unreal. My partner had a meat platter, the salt & pepper chicken was very tasty, the beef brisket was so tender & the pulled pork melted in your mouth. We last minute ordered halloumi fries, which still came out with everything else and was one of the best parts of the meal. All of the food was hot, fast and tasty. We was sat indoors originally but due to the 34 degrees heat, it was boiling. We asked if there was anywhere else we could sit and was moved immediately. Staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, clearing the table very quickly, drinks were coming promptly and constantly checking on your welfare. Atmosphere was very quirky, everyone seemed like they was having fun and it was nice to see the staff having a laugh with each other. We aren’t from the area but we’re already discussing another reason to return to the area because we rated the food that much. Thank you for such a pleasant experience

The perfect place to meet friends for lunch. We're suckers for the loaded sweet potato fries, a perfect and filling meal. I love that with my food difficulties I can order straight from the menu. Service is always good, on this occasion thanks to Emma, cheerful and quick. The food is always fresh, hot and there's never anything left. We can take our time catching up and never feel rushed. We have just one request if possible, could you add TIGER FRIES to the menu.

Disappointed today . Been 4/5 times before and always a good experience but not today . Booked about 2/3 weeks ago in advance for Mother’s Day, knowing it’s a busy day I opted to book a pod for 3pm . Arrived and was told the pod was still being occupied, advised me to sit and wait at a table near the bar . Waitress came and took our order for food and drinks so guessed no pod for us even though I’d requested one weeks ago!!!!! Drinks took over 20 mins to come . Food about 30 mins wait from ordering . We ordered a kids burger but out come a chicken burger no offer to change . Luckily my daughter isn’t fussy and she happily ate the chicken burger but not really the point . The waitress who took my order said it was the kitchens mistake . My partner ordered 3 meat tray … out comes a 2 meat tray . I had to bring it to the waitresses attention and she then said the Kitchen forgot to put it on his plate but she did then bring it . Sat by the bar at the front was really annoying - especially when I ordered a private pod - doors open and closing . So many customers coming and going and queuing/standing about waiting right close to our table . Ordered 2 kids ice creams and again they had to come back to check what flavours I had ordered . He said was it strawberry .. no I had asked for toffee and chocolate . The music is very loud so maybe the servers cannot hear . You have to go up to the bar and pay and I don’t like the fact you do not get an itemised bill - they could defo be over charging you and you wouldn’t know . No offer to reduce the bill. The toilets not overly clean . Need a good scrub and not nice they are Unisex . Also every time you go the portions are different sizes . Always a different amount of chips and the kids meals and huge . The staff all friendly and polite but overall a lacking experience today due to the numerous errors and no pod and I won’t be rushing back .

Just awesome. We were in Kings Lynn area on a family holiday from Kent. Stumbled across liquor and loaded and I’m so glad we did. It was nicely different. The decor is very biker/goth but it’s great and the music is great. All sorts of people in there. The staff were amazing, so attentive and brought us some free Belgian chocolate shots to try and tell us about their sister restaurant waffleopilis. Then when our food came out, WOW! Value for money is not the word, the portion size was amazing. I went for the 2 meat tray and loaded pull pork fries, (I thought if this is 2 meat what on earth is the 5 like!). There wasn’t just a lot of it but it was cooked to perfection and tasted great, I loved the pot of gravy too👍. The food was delivered with a smile by the chef and quickly too. I would have loved to try the 3 layer fudge cake but there was no way I could squeeze it in. I was then happily surprised by the bill. Amazing food, great portion size and for a cheaper prize than we had paid at franky and bennys earlier in the week and the food and service doesn’t compare. If we didn’t live so far away in Kent, I would definitely come back soon but hopefully we will be this neck of the woods again in the future and we will make another visit.

Birthday meal with my family, food was great and the service was absolutely fantastic. Denzel our server was brilliant nothing was too much trouble for him very friendly and welcoming. The owner went round to their sister company waffleopolis and collected us some delicious waffles for desert. Highly recommended

I went to to this restaurant with my family. As we walked into the establishment we where greeted by the staff and showed to our table. We had booked a pod but the staff said that they were already booked and there was no room they apologised for the inconvenience and got us our drinks we then ordered our food and then we waited and waited and waited until an hour had passed At this point we had waited long enough and my stepmum decided to go and get the manager she explained that we had waited an hour for our food also we were by the door that leads to the pods outside this meant that whenever someone walked threw the door we would get a waft of cold air meaning we were sat waiting in the cold for our food the manager then proceeded to argue with us my stepmum then confronted him about his attitude to which he replied “well I don’t like your tone either” they then continued to argue with us In the end we got our way and got the food (definitely not worth the wait) and drinks for free but after the argument most of us didn’t feel like eating so they gave us boxes to take the food home in. If the staff had been more organised this may not have happened overall I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Best breakfast in Norfolk!

I popped into liquor and loaded for breakfast with my brother. It was absolutely incredible, we both had the comfortably numb which was cooked to perfection. The bacon was crisp but not over done,the sausage was juicy, the black pudding was incredible and the eggs were cooked perfectly. We were served by emma who was kind attentive and amazing (a little bit bonkers but amazing all the same) Sophie was the one who cooked are breakfast so a massive amount of credit goes to her. We will be back soon.

Went for lunch today. My daughter is a gluten free vegetarian so we often struggle to get interesting food out.. waiting staff were excellent & waiter (sorry can't remember his name) helped her find what she could eat. Then the chef cooked her separate food (without us asking) to avoid contamination. Thank you so much :)
