..but our expectations weren't quite met. Food was a bit bland. I ordered chop suey and it was more rice than veggies, not what I was wanted after being vegetable deprived. If you're looking for really favorable vegetarian and vegan food, try curcuma, that was just what we were looking for.

We enjoyed a terrific vegan meal, at Prana Bar Natural. It was the perfect top-off to a long and strenuous day of hiking. The food was excellent, as was the service and ambiance! It felt casual and comfortable, with neat/fun decor. The seating was super comfortable. You have the choice of a traditional table and chairs, or low level tables... More

I was looking for a warm cup of soup on a cool day in El Chalten and this place was recommended by our B&B. Yum! The pumpkin soup was tasty and rich. The accompanying bread with a carrot spread was a nice surprise and complimented the soup. If you are vegetarian, this is the place to go in El Chalten.

We prefer to be vegetarians but enjoyed the meat in Argentina and Chile. However, this was definitely on our list. We did go there a bit skeptic as we hadn't seen many veg options elsewhere. This restaurant pleasantly amazed us. First the service was excellent. The drinks were were gone in minutes of them being served, fresh organic, delicious. Food... More

In a far away place like el chalten, it was like a miracle finding such a beautiful place to eat. The place is managed by two lovely ladies, who cook with all their heart. The place itself is designed with attention even to the smallest details, from the decorations on the walls to the bathroom. As to the food, the... More

We came here two days in a row as there aren't many other vegetarian options in town. In our two visits we ordered their veggie lasagna (195.00 pesos), chop suey (170.00 pesos), Chai (50.00 pesos), Dhal (190.00 pesos), and a curry (185.00 pesos). Portions offer decent value for money and the food is pretty good, but like most places in... More

This cute vegetarian restaurant offers delicious and healthy food, home made brown bread (Best bread in town by far) and great juices. The atmosphere is really cozy and welcoming. I can hardly recommend the "rawnie" dessert, a vegan brownie with frozen banana puree and berry sauce. Delicious :)

A good, albeit not huge, selection of vegetarian dishes and juices. They are well made and the interior of the restaurant is quite cosy.

El Chalten is a small town and we were very pleased to find a vegetarian restaurant. Meals and service were excellent, but make sure you check hours before you go. Funky decor and friendly staff. Great vegetarian and vegan baked goods to go.
