Without doubts the most creative and delicious food of Caracas made by the chef Eduardo Moreno in this private and sophisticated Colonial house. Is a unique experience and 100% something you need to try if you are visiting or live in Caracas.

You can eat because you’re hungry, or because it’s time to fuel yourself: you seat, you eat and you go… None of this applies to La Isabela experience: it’s like visiting an experimental museum of art, but made of unique flavors to be sense on your palate. Chef Moreno changes his home dinner experience menu for his guests depending on... More

When we went there for a romantic dinner we really like the environment, a classic bourgeoise Caracas villa just for you and just a handful of other lucky people. Chef Moreno is a very charismatic person that accompanies you all along the meal, this was actually not well received by my French friend who thought this was too insistent and... More

This restaurant is only a few blocks away from my house. I have been 6 times, and have never been dissapointed. The chef Moreno, changes the menu every week. Every time the menu has a theme, French, seafood, italian etc. Beatiful colonial house.

You have to understand this type of place, it is a private venue or what they call now a Paladar, one seating, very pleasurely but not the see and be seen place, go others palces in Caracas first, at 50 dollars per person there are btter deals, but not mch better experiences.

We visited La Isabela for the first time of what we expect will be infinite more to come. We had read that Chef Eduardo Moreno changes the menu from time to time from French to Italian, thai and Hindu, among others, to indulge his sixteen lucky guests into a festival of flavors. This time it was Italian. A carefully conceived... More

This old colonial house is amazing, great cozy home and magnificent restaurant with one of the best chefs in Caracas City. Mr Eduardo Moreno makes it and unbelivable experience from thursday to sunday on a special reserved placed restaurant. It is mandatory to contact him by email or phone.

Super exclusive place offering a very personalised service. It has 3-4 tables in total, in the setting of an elegantly decorated bungalow. Very innovative menu, extremely well presented, charming ambiance.
