Traveling the beautiful villages of Boyacá is always an amazing experience. Finding a GREAT restaurant near the highway makes the journey even better. El Candil is a restaurant you should visit: I tasted the best salmon there eventhough this place is not located near the...sea!. The service is good and the waiters are very kind. If you go there, make sure Santiago (the main chef and owner of the restaurant), tell you about his cooking and traveling experiences around the world. I reccomend to order any of the salmons in the menu or the "crema catalana" that it's as good as in Spain.More
