Very nice place, small and cozy. I like what I order a lot, a fish with apples an onions. The plates are very big and it's enough to order just one. In general they have healthy choices.

I loved this restaurant! I'm vegetarian so I sniff out vego restaurants like a hawk. They do have some chicken and fish options (no red meat), but I fully recommend the vegetarian choices. I had an amazing pasta made with artichokes, zucchini, olives and mushrooms...and a lovely "flower lemonade" to drink. It might not be the most authentically Colombian food, but so delicious and made with love. The restaurant also sells vegetarian and organic handmade items such as jams, preserved vegetables and chilis, soaps, dry pastas and hand creams. Savia is set in a beautiful courtyard off Plaza Mayor, surrounded by a few other restaurants and bars, it's a great little complex called Casa Quintero.More

every time i visit Villa de Leiva, i stop for a good meal at this restaurant owned by a local woman who decided to offer the traveller organic food, prepared with well-selected ingredients mostly produced in the region. I know she chooses well and has...the know-how after six years of catering the demanding crowd that visits this town or lives in it.More
