The only good thing was the hot water. The lockers in the changing rooms can't be locked so you have to move around with your personal effects. The pool surface is very rough. No tiles so be careful not to be bruised while swimming. Not enough shades and lounge chairs around the pool. The showers round the pool don't work... More

This is an amazing facility within Hell's Gate National Park. The naturally blue water (you have to see it to believe the color) is out of this world. While it is a terrific place to go, the fact that you have to pass through the Kenya Wildlife Service gate (and pay for each person / car in the party) to... More

Overall we had a good time at the Hot Springs Spa. The water was perfectly hot and the location was nice. I would say they need to improve their management and professionalism. Waiting in the queue to pay a safari driver stepped right in front of me and brought all his guests and the receptionist didn't do anything. Then the... More

It is a lovely place to chill and relax and the warm waters from the hot springs are just amazing. We were so relaxed in the pool that non of us wanted to get out and even take photos. It is a lovely place to have a picnic a chill out.

This place is nice especially during the low season. Massive pool filled with hot spring water. It's supposed to have healing properties. Healing or not, all you need is your picnic basket, sunscreen and good company.

As you can imagine an outdoor natural spa par excellence. A massive pool with natural mineral rich warm water. Theres a shallow mini spa pool for kids on the side. Unfortunately you cant spend the night here. Theres food at the restaurant, its also ok if you bring your own. I hope the management can find a way to better... More

Amazing pool and reception but that ends there. Restaurant staff seemed to be debating whether to work or not, conflicting information, showers not working.... Just contract a company to run the place because Kengen ain't doing the place any justice....

There are two ways to get there. Through hells gate park and from The second gate. Since you have to pay park fees I suggest going through the park to drive (or bike) along the cliffs with the wildlife. Weekends are busy at the spa. There are not enough tables with umbrellas so if it's hot you may bake. You... More

The basics first; There is a bit of hustle at the Park entrance gate ( since the 'spa' is in the Hell's Gate National Park) If you arrive at the gate and find a large group (10 persons or thereabouts) you require patience as was the case on my third visit. The party was arguing the relevance of paying park... More
