No visit to Wateringbury is complete without a visit to this quaint little tea room. Me and my mum always take a trip to Where Memories Meet whenever we have the time as the ambience is wonderful, the staff are really polite and the food cannot be faulted. Perfect spot for watching the world go by.

We had lunch with our cousin who lives nearby. It's a very intimate and cosy kind of place, not too yummy mummy as yet although could be.Everything offered was fresh and homemade and was of good quality. You have to order the Red Velvet Cake just to hear it pronouced so provocatively by the waitress.Generous portions and irresistable cakes and a good... I just want to caveat this review by saying that lots of positive reviews for here are for Lunch so maybe they're not geared towards breakfast, that being said...... From the outside this place looks great but once you get inside not so much, the place just feels cheap with the "antiques" looking like rubbish from car boot sales. The... More

I've been meaning to visit for months as mum only lives around the corner and I wasn't disappointed. On this occasion we only had tea which was really good and plentiful. I bought a salted caramel cake to take away which was lovely. The prices for food look reasonable so mum and I will definitely be back.

Delightful afternoon tea, with a good gluten free option. Quaint tea shop selling a variety of knick-knacks. Easy parking in the nearby village hall car park.

My sister-in-law found this place recently and we decided to add this to our list of local venues for our weekly lunch club. We were served immediately by the friendly staff and enjoyed a pot of real tea in china cups whilst we waited for our food Everything was fresh hot and cooked perfectly and we browsed the eclectic mix... A rather eclectic mix of tables, chairs , pictures, crockery at al. The coffee is very good and the homemade cakes are a real treat, you can even treat yourselves to some antiques whilst you eat and drink. Very good value

Popped in one Sunday afternoon when a boot fair trip was rained off , had a nice browse at the antiques downstairs first . Staff helped us rearrange a table so we could all sit together , courgette and lime cake was lovely . As was the carrot , freshly prepared . The oolong tea I had was delicious !... More

We had a lovely lunch here with friends. The sandwiches, cakes and tea were delicious, although I did feel it was expensive for what we actually ate. I was going to bring my children with me but the area we ate in was full of paintings, and various other ornaments and bits and pieces on the floor and on low... More
