Simple but delicious salad followed by a truly excellent filet of beef. Each dish lifted with a few well selected home grown herbs. Friendly informative host. A real treat

It was a great surprise to find an excellent restaurant with some different and special dishes such as local Jack Rabbit and organic local herb salads.

For several years this has been the best restaurant in Futaleufu and it was better than ever on my recent visit. Martin Pescador is an intimate boutique restaurant where they grown most of their own produce. Usually they offer 3 menu options, all delicious. Like many establishments in Futa, they are only open Spring, Summer, and Fall. Hopefully that will... More

This is an amazing place to dine. Nice surroundings but the real treat is the meals. I saw the chef cutting plants to prepare our meal right after we ordered!(we were early and the only ones there at the time). Don't miss this if you appreciate fine dining. Creative pairings, excellent preparation. Best meal we've had in Chile and we've... More

Did you ever think you could find a 5 star, creative, locally sourced gourmet meal in a town that still uses horses and ox carts as the primarily form of transportation?? I didn't, until I had dinner here. Tatiana, the chef, is extremely talented and this is a meal not to miss!!

Prior to a rafting day, we were looking for a good spot for a good dinner for three hungry men. Luckily, we found Martin's on TripAdvisor: a warm place, excellent dishes - all of them - starters (excellent crab ravioli) as well as main courses (we had chicken and Salomon, being fed up with steaks in the last week). Last... More

Top choice in town, just a small caveat : they are not always open, specially off season... Reservation is highly recommended. But if you are the lucky one to eat there, I m pretty sure Tatiana will prepare an amazing food. The wine list is limited but at fair price. Prices are reasonable and the ambiance very cozy. We've been... More

We went in just on the way, and found wonderful food, served with a smile. The fish was very good, pasta was full of flavors, and the salad was great. Wine was marvelous.
