There are two branches of this cute place in Castro. I went to the one that has a nice shop inside. The place is pretty, the service is very good and I had a really good hot chocolate -orange spice-.

I loved this place and visited it several times during my stay in Castro. I really enjoyed their specialty teas I tasted several flavors and enjoy the decoration and the vibe of the place. They offer a wonderful variety of cakes, I probably tasted 2 different cakes every day. It was wonderful to seat by the window and watch people... More

Being a bit homesick I stepped in Cafe Blanco. Friendly personnel, good atmosphere and fast wifi. Hot chocolate I had was mediocre and overpriced as well as the piece of cake I had (most probably made two days ago).

We stopped here on a day in Castro on a cruise. We had a great milkshake and good mocha latte. The wifi was free and reasonably priced, and the pricing was good.

Nice interior with lots of special tea and coffee choices. The kuchen were good too. It is the perfect stop on a rainy day to warm-up when you visit the churches.

This is a great place to use wifi and have a more familiar western experience. The Ancud location is very nice (though expensive). At the place in Castro I had a mint/ chocolate cake which was definitely not made fresh. I didn't eat it all, which is very unusual for me when it comes to cake.

Probably Café Blanco in Castro is not as good as the one in Ancud, at least not the place itself, but it is still a great place. The cakes and cheesecakes they offer are superb, I would think this is one of the best places in Castro for cup of coffee and for tea time. They don´t have the nice... More

I don't usually write reviews but I think this cafe deserves it. Other reviewers are right when they say that the portions are for two. Each sandwich comes with two sandwiches! Also make sure you order your sandwich on the homemade bread- it is incredible. Both the sandwich I ordered (the burger) and my friend's (the Italiano I believe) had... More

We took a breakfast here. Good tea and coffe. The waitress were nice. The cakes are dry and not that tasty, though
