Pork and fishcooked in same sauce. Chicken on next table looked the same. Fish plentiful but overcooked. Same with pork. Very very rustic but what do you expect at such a cheap price. Small restaurant was full (which fooled us). Try it but go with an open mind. 2 metals (meat and fish only) 1/2 carafe wine, beer and bread... More

Very good quality of local food. The octopus was Fantastic! Never eat so good and tasty one! Authentic food from a real kitchen! Much better than other food you can find in more touristic places. The price is cheap and the staff is friendly. Do not hesitate a second, go there!

Cozy place, awful food! Cheap, as a redeeming factor... the pulpo was nasty and blubbery! Will not be going back!!

Just off the plaza this authentic little restaurant caught our eye. I decided not to give TripAdvisor a look as I often think making your own assessment is important. Whilst we were stood scrutinising the menu the waiter appeared and ushered us happily inside. The menu is translated into English and German which was incredibly helpful and the service was... More

Terrific lunch for peanuts in busy locally run restaurant. We had a huge fresh salad, grilled sardines, rabbit salmorejo and papa arrugadas as well as 2 local puddings washed down with excellent dry white wine. For coffee you are sent to the cafe in the square. Wonderful experience

We were directed here by a tour guide last week as our lunch stop for 'genuine Canarian cooking'. The meal was pretty dreadful, and the restaurant cramped and uncomfortable. It looked like several other 'tours' were also present, with tables far too close to each other and clearly volume being the aim. Our group tried all of the options from... More

A friendly, down-to-earth restaurant with great Canarian food. If you want a big mac or cordon bleu then don't bother going here, but if you want some authentic, great-tasting, local dishes then give it a try. The decor and furnishing are basic, the menu is limited, but big enough you can be sure everything is freshly prepared that day. The... More

I found this place accidentally. What attracted me was the menu. Very simple, local food. The lunch was extraordinary! Fantastic service and the food ... Canarian dishes, fresh seafood, local specialties. Place like no other.

Looks authentic except from the menues in different languages. Service ok, but the food is tasteless and of very low quality. It would not take the owners much effort to improve since the dishes are traditional and easy to cook. But untill then, eat somewhere else...otherwhise you will be dissapointed..

We stayed there for lunch. This is not a stylish restaurant and you cannot find novel cuisine but if you want to find a real canadian experience, that's the place. This place is genueine and you can eat good food. I got canarian soup, kitchen, half red wine (home wine) for 11€ To try
