The hotel I stayed in recommended this pub/restaurant and I wasn’t let down .Fantastic sirloin steak, staff were really attentive. I’m going back tonight.

Very nice old worldy pub with quite friendly staff and the food was good, not too expensive, except the steaks a little pricey perhaps. But good basic pub grub.

Stopped here on the way back from holiday, good friendly bar/inn for families. We had the beef and ale pie, fish and chips and the children had sausages, mini pizza. All in all decent food and quite place to sit and have a meal.
