Diamond in the rough. This is simply good Mexican food with the best dip. It's tough to save room for your actual meal! Be sure to put their Pancho's dressing on everything too!

My family and I have been going to the various area Pancho's for as long as I can remember. Years ago, there were several restaurants scattered the Memphis, TN area, but sadly these have all closed, with two (2) remaining open. The West Memphis, AR location seems to be delicious every other time we go. Our servers are always kind... More

Big fan of the cheese dip that we get at the grocery store so we wanted to try the original restaurant. We went for lunch and left full. This locations still gives you a serving of the cheese dip when you order. They have good Mexican food and excellent sweet tea.

Pancho's is an older place to eat, it has been in W, Memphis a long time and still serves good food. The cheese dip and salsa are great and the pancho sauce is one of a kind - good on everything

Pancho's in West Memphis opened in 1956. That's not a typo. My 1st taste was in the late '70s. About every other Saturday our family looked forward to the trek when it was Mother's day off from cooking. Tonight I enjoyed a large platter including:: Mini Taco Salad / Two Tamales / Pancho Verde / Rice & Beans / Chips... More

Okay food. tortilla's wrap for enchiladas were dry like paper. had the Acupolka(sp). The beans, rice and mild seasoned meat crumble was good. The chicken enchilada was dry with paper like wrap. The cheese enchilada tasted like processed cheese and it's wrapper was dry like eating paper. The tamales was okay. Wife said hers was spicy...mine more bland but good.... More

Arrived at 1:30 waitress immediately brought our drinks, chips and dip. Food arrived in a timely manner fresh and hot. I had cheese and onion enchiladas, chili and beans and rice. Food was very good, service was excellent. 1:30 is good time to dine as the lunch crowd has come and gone.

I tried Pancho's out for the first time today and I already am planning my return visit. What a fun place! It decorated in a fun faux Mexican sorta cantina look. Our server was very prompt and brought the cheese dip and hot dip (salsa) we ordered. You need to understand that Pancho's serves their cheese dip cold. Why? I... More
