Interesting concept. Great and unique salad bar. The first few skewers presented are the lower-end meats. Patiences rewarded with the butter cuts at the end when others are full!

its a cooking style created by the Gauchos ( farmers). When you enter the restaurant you will see the pictures of gauchos on the walls

I remember receiving an email about some items being added for the holidays but you should be able to check online or call the restaurant for the exact prices, if they've even changed.
