Spinach/artichoke dip smothered in Swiss cheese, served inside a sourdough bread bowl with tortilla chips on the side.
Rim of the World
A mountain of tortilla chips topped with salsa and melted jack and cheddar cheese, with sour cream and jalapenos.
The Ranch Hand
Ranch style beans, jalapenos, and melted cheese mixed together. Served warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
Basket of wings served hot hot, BBQ, Oriental, Blue Cheese, celery sticks and ranch dressing for dipping.
Boulder Bay
Chili cheese fries with melted cheeses and diced onions.
Pine Knot
Crispy chicken tenders served with fries and ranch dressing.
Marina Special
Fish 'n' chips. Battered whitefish filets served with fries.
The Paneola
Chicken quesadilla served with salsa on the side.
Our specialty sandwiches are served with your choice of one side. Extra side - $2.95. Choose from fries, soup or green salad, unless otherwise noted. Substitute onion rings or sweet potatoes fries for $1.95 extra. Substitute a cup of chili - $2.95. Substitute a veggie patty on any hot sandwich for $1.95 extra. Extra plate charge $2.

Polish sausage or Qt pound all beef wiener on a French roll topped with your choice of peppers and onions or sauerkraut.
Mountain Melt
Polish sausage on grilled rye, melted Swiss cheese, mustard and pickles and sauerkraut.
Rim Forest
Black Forest ham, bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and barbecue sauce served on toasted rye.
Westside Burger
1/3-lb burger on grilled sourdough with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles, and red onion.
The Big Bear Burger
Grilled 1/3-lb burger smothered with grilled onions and Swiss cheese. On rye or sourdough.
The Cowboy
Grilled 1/3-lb burger, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, on a toasted bun with Thousand Island dressing. Onions and pickles on request.
The Brewery Burger
A mountain of a burger! Two 1/3-lb patties on a toasted bun with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and Thousand Island dressing. Onion and pickles on request.
Pony Express
Grilled 1/3-lb burger served open faced, topped with chili, cheese, and onions. This one's served with fries.
The Blue Jay
Grilled chicken breast on toasted rye with mayo, lettuce and tomato and Try it with Oriental sauce.
Fox Farm
Chicken cordon bleu. Grilled chicken breast topped with ham, Swiss cheese and honey mustard. Served on a toasted rye.
Salad dressings - Ranch, Blue Cheese, House Italian, Oriental, and Homemade Thousand Island.
Mixed Greens under a grilled chicken breast, topped with salsa, black beans, sour cream and tortilla chips.

Mixed greens under white albacore tuna salad, tomatoes and croutons.

The Cabin

A stack of roasted breast of turkey, mayo and lettuce.
The Alpine

The Skipper
