Worth the stop if you're in Big Bear. Street parking can be an issue on busier days, but alternate lots are well within a leisurely stroll to the shop. Drinks are made well and are tasty, too. They offer a variety of menu items for both breakfast and lunch.

This is my go-to stop whenever we're in Big Bear. The line is usually a bit long but not aggravating. Sometimes it's a hit or miss whether the cashier is competent or not, but it doesn't really ruin the food or drinks. We usually sit at the cooking island if there's room, and we order a breakfast croissant and chat... More

This is a lovely spot in which to relax and enjoy the crisp mountain air in the limited outdoor seating area. I had a decaf mocha and it was very, very good. They use a high quality chocolate (no cheap run-of-the-mill syrup here!) that is smooth and rich in flavor and isn't sickly sweet. The apple tart was delicious; it... More

Well, I was tempted by the Chocolate Brownie and the Homemade Marshmallows they conveniently put right next to the register but I was trying hard to not over indulge. I got a Peanut Butter and a Dark Chocolate to share with the Hubby, he only got half of the Peanut butter one. I was thinking it might be too sweet... More

The two gentlemen behind the counter were superb! Courteous and friendly. The woman cooking with them today however was blatantly rude to my husband and outright refused to cook his breakfast sandwich. She was also extremely disrespectful to my sister-in-law and she had to demand her food from her!! We had to be reimbursed for my husband's food since he... More

Great coffee and bagels. The steel cut oatmeal is amazing. They have cooking classes and lots of fun cooking related products for purchase. Very cool vibe.

Too bad it is in Big Bear and not Orange County. I love stopping here for coffee and a treat while in Big Bear. Last time we were there we had a breakfast quiche which was excellent. The coffee shop is also a kitchen shop and is fun to browse while waiting for your food. Our cabin in on the... More
