We ate in the Bay View twice during our recent stay at the hotel. Both meals were excellent. One night we shared a salad with seafood, then had their special: halibut with kale and fava beans. The second time, we had their wonderful French onion soup, repeated the halibut entree, and shared their gelato dessert. No issues about any of... More

We had a complimentary breakfast here for the two days we stayed at the Inn of the Tides. The choices are much better than most complimentary breakfast menus (I liked the minced ham scrambled eggs with sour dough toast). THE VIEW out the window along the shoreline wall is fantastic for watching the birds (see photos).

We had dinner here on a day trip to Bodega Bay. It was the first night of their new menu and both our dinners were fantastic. My husband had the Cioppino and was in heaven over the sauce, bountiful serving of clams, lobster, crab, mussels, shrimp, halibut. This was served with a healthy slice of garlic bread. I had the... Food was nothing to brag about. Coming from Minnesota I would have thought they'd have more menu items to choose from as we aren't huge seafood fans.

This restaurant was highly recommended by a local so we decided to give it a try. The view from this restaurant was so beautiful. We were there on a cold rainy evening and they had a cozy fire going which added to the magic. We both ordered a pasta dish and were very happy with our selection. They have a... More

So, we figured since we had lunch across the street and had been at the beach most of the day, we would choose to have dinner at the restaraunt located on the grounds of the Inn we were staying at. BOY AM I GLAD WE DID! The food was fantastic but the service was top notch. My husband and I... More

We purchased a gift certificate at a silent auction for this restaurant, thinking it would get us motivated to go to Bodega Bay. The restaurant and our table had a nice view of the bay. Our appetizers were good, although my salad was entrée size, which some may appreciate. We both had fish and the salmon was overdone, however my... More

The food at the restaurant is really good, if you get it. The bar is outrageously expensive. $30 for a Jack Daniels and a lemon drop. The restaurant manager is a complete idiot and should be fired. He blamed all of the service mess on the employees and never once lifted a finger to help them.
