This place is expensive. I guess you can expect that since its a stone throw from San Francisco. We stopped here on our way back to San Francisco being to tired to drive the whole way we got a hotel and ate here. The food was good and the service was excellent. Still very busy at 8:30 pm.

Very nice restaurant right on the bay. Service was excellent. Husband ordered calamari steak. Lightly breaded and tender enough to cut with a fork Large portion. Accompanied with green bean, broccoli, zucchini, carrot medley al dents and saffron rice. $18. I ordered fisherman's stew. Loaded with seafood and a slightly spicy tomato savory broth. $28. Perfect. Highly recommend.

Yes, I know this is mostly a seafood restaurant. However, I figured that their beef would be good quality and just felt like having a hamburger that rainy evening! I was first seated out in the middle of the room, but when I noticed a window table clearing, I asked if I could move. No problem, and that location was... More

We haven't been to Lucas Wharf for at least 10 years. We always ate there when we came to Calif as a family to visit grandparents. I was very surprised to see so many Atlantic fish! It made me wonder if where I was. The food was not as good as it has always been in the past. We were... More

I've never had such delicious salmon. The apricot glaze and the moist fresh salmon can't be beat. On top of that, the mashed yuca was perfectly prepared. I make mashed yuca at home and just visited peru, where I had it prepared many ways. Starch free yuca is so much better for us, and this was perfect. My husband had... More

I got the salmon BLT, which was actually really good. The bread was excellent and the ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. The location is scenic and comfortable, with lots of parking. Prices are a bit steep. There was a lobster item at $60, and another salmon dish I was eying was $30+. More than this, the BLT I... More

This is a great restaurant for a few drinks and dinner. I had the lobster ravioli which was creamy and yummy. My friend had the garlic shrimp which was also good. Portions are ample. The bread is delicious. Service was wonderful. This place seems busy all day so I would recommend getting there early for dinner.

After several days of rain, we had a sunny day and drive to Bodega Bay and had lunch at Lucas Wharf. It is crab season !!!! the crab cakes were wonderful! The fish and chips were very good, great service and a beautiful view. What a lovely place for lunch.

While busy service was pretty quick. Had Crab Louie and it was loaded with crab. Very good. Friends had Calamari they said the dipping sauce made the dish. The pasta and veggies were perfectly cooked. Desert was ice cream, it was too icy. Staff very accomidating evern with a packed house.
