We had a so-so lunch, the food was better than the service. The price was reasonable and there were several different sandwich options.

The food here is excellent, but it is pricey. Two breakfasts with two coffees and it was $38 without a tip. Yikes. It is still just eggs.....

We wanted second breakfast (we are part Hobbit!) so stopped in to this breakfast-all-day cafe. Very personable staff and service was efficient and somewhat friendly. We had the short rib Benedict and the pork tostada topped with a guacamole, sour cream and fried egg. Both...More

Enjoyed the very friendly and smooth service. The food is well prepared and tasty. This is perhaps the most popular breakfast place in town, so get there early - and, if it's crowded and you're a couple of people, and there is still place at...More

Was in Calistoga for a week and had breakfast here twice. Prices are a little high ($15 average) but portions are big enough for two people to split a meal, which we did both times. Corned beef hash was sensational, with large chucks of meat....More

Stopped here for breakfast on my way through Calistoga. One of their specials was described as "Coconut and Pineapple French Toast". Since I enjoy French Toast and those toppings, I went for the 3-slice option. French Toast was very good, but don't know where they...More

Café Sarafornia is one of the last diners left in the Napa Valley and is a well-known (dare we say "famous"?) local destination for good food at a good value. We offer breakfast all day, and feature not only classic diner fare (Corned Beef Hash, Steak and Eggs, Chicken Fried Steak, 2+2+2) but our own take on breakfast and lunch with local Napa Valley flair (Brannan Benedict, Wildcat Scrambler, Palisades Omelet, Jalisco Wrap, and a Bombay Chicken Sandwich). Café Sarafornia is a great place get something to "soak up those tannins" before going wine tasting at one of the many world-class tasting rooms within walking distance in downtown Calistoga. Kids and families are always welcome.
