We were looking for a place to eat & stumbled upon this cafe without any knowledge of it. We were blown away as to how good the food was. I had tri colored tortellini & it was possibly the best tortellini I have ever had. My wife had their Salmon & angel hair pasta special & she loved it. What... More

If you're looking for a good start to your day, this is it. The breakfast menu is large enough to have something for everyone. The servings are made with fresh ingredients, that fill the plate. You won't go hungry, whatever you choose. This is our go to place whenever we're in town.

Our family found this colorfully decorated restaurant after hiking along the coast at Point Lobos. We were all very hungry and were thrilled with the variety of menu offerings as well as the quality of the food. The 3 adults each selected different salads and all were deliciously fresh as well as very plentiful. The 2 younger boys loved their... More

After asking the server about the hash and whether or not it was made into a patty (hate that) or with pulled meat and chunks of potatoes, she seemed not to really understand, but said it was "chunky." Well, it was made with ground up corned beef and potatoes, fried into a patty. It had a baby food like texture... More

After a morning of hiking along the beaches, we were hungry and stopped here. I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was a good size and cooked to my request. My wife had the meatball sandwich. The meatballs were very moist and flavorful. The waiter was attentive and kept our iced teas full. It all came with a price. Not... More

You know? I really enjoyed the simplicity of this place for lunch. There were no smears, stacks, foams.... It was simply a nice, varied menu of good old standards and generous portions. The staff were very professional and timely. I had the Persian kabob platter and loved it!! It could have used a little more spice, but it was a... More

Downtown Carmel was extremely crowded with a car show, so we decided to head to the Carmel Valley shopping center to try to find something relatively inexpensive for a family of four. Stopped here, and while "inexpensive" isn't quite accurate, it was a fun place with very good food. Owner (I think he was the owner) was jovial and attentive,... More

Allow dogs outside, good Greek food, but no Greek salad dressing. I had the leg of lamb which was very good and got salad instead of mashed potatoes.

We went with our family to seek a nice family dinner for better value than you can get in Carmel by the Sea centre. Good service, great value kids menu, a nice local feel.

It was great to find this place open on the 4th of July. We had a combination of a breakfast and a lunch. Both we good. I would go back.
