Dropped in after seeing all the reviews. Now we know why. Probably the best chocolates I've very had...seriously! Every piece is 100% hand crafted and it shows in presentation and most importantly the taste. They do such a wonderful job pairing the flavors...Simply Insane!!! Oh,...and there's a great wine store next door. Perfect combination!🤙More

Been here twice and really liked our selections both times. They also have a sample of the day so you can try items you otherwise might not have considered. The store front is small, but they have a couple tables outside you can sit and...indulge in your treats at. Staff is friendly and helpful.More

When I want special chocolates I go to this small store front in Carpinteria. Behind the counter is a large facility where these specialty chocolates are made. They are sure to impress. My favorite for taste and appearance is the Red Lips. Stunning and so...good!More

If astonishing and original chocolate designs are important to you, don't miss this one! The headquarters are in Carpinteria, CA, just south of Santa Barbara but the showroom/retail studio is on State Street in the heart of Santa Barbara. Set in a cool, busy area...of cafes and great little restaurants, this "showroom" has on offer some of the most amazing handmade chocolates we've ever eaten. Great original flavors--such as cardamom truffles and boysenberry with dark chocolate--define this candymaker's craft. It is pricey and worth every penny. A great place to stop after lunch or dinner in one of the many good eateries in the area. You can also get a lovely coffee drink to go with your astonishing chocolates. A don't miss if you're in the area.More

Chocolate is one of my favorite things to eat, especially dark chocolate. When I heard that this was THE PLACE to get chocolate, I was dubious but ready to give it a try. They offer a free chocolate of the day and eating that piece...convinced that the rumors were real. I splurged on a big box of chocolates to bring home with me. SO GOOD!More

Made by a Frenchman, this is some of the best chocolate available. He really knows his stuff. Many different unusual flavors available. Highly recommended!

Beautiful detailed design, never seen chocolate created like this. The taste and ingredients is equally creative and delicious. Almost too pretty to eat! Must try: bourguignon (white chocolate ganache w/ black currant covered with white chocolate) and passion fruit with caramel covered with white chocolate...shell.More

The shop is a charming, cozy place where you can peek behind the candy-filled glass counters to see the kitchen where these chocolate treasures are created. The staff is helpful, cheerful, the chocolates are incredible.

This is a small shop at the industrial end of Carpenteria which would be easy to miss but shouldn't be. Chocolates are beautiful and have intense flavor. There is a wide assortment of strange and beautiful combinations of flavors. The help is delightful. You can...buy one piece or a box of many different sizes. You can select your own or buy a selection. I can't really recommend any piece because everything we have had so far has been exquisite. If you are in Carpenteria or driving by on the freeway, it is worth the few minutes to stop in!More

This is my go to place for chocolates! Once you have had the best no other will do. They are great for any gift occasion too. I have given them at Christmas, birthdays, Valentines...of course! and even a funeral. The special treat when you go...in to visit the shop is they offer you a free sample. The place always smells devine and the owner and all employees are patient, and knowledgeable. A true gem in our little community!More

The range of chocolates here is impressive! If you're reading this, you should go for sure. You're greeted with a sample of one of their confections upon walking up to the counter. These people love and understand chocolate and can help you figure out what...would best fit your palate. They have an array of truffles, chocolates and other yummies. I highly recommend the hazelnut spread. It puts Nutella to shame. Absolutely must go if you're a chocolate fan.More
