I had a pick up order of beef brisket and it was terribly tough and had to throw the bulk of it away. It was terribly disappointing and frustrating to not enjoy what was a pricy meal & had tough meat. One of the sauces...they gave for it was totally watered down so they must be doing short cuts. Would never go back & would not recommend. Be ware of the meat you order here, especially if you do a pick up as you've left the place w/a bad order & now left w/no meat w/your meal & paid high price for it.More

This pains me as I really like Lucille's 3 weeks ago when they started the curbside service I ordered 2 family feast at noon for a 5pm pick up. We waited in parking lot for almost 2 hrs to get food! When we got home...they gave us chicken instead of tritip. I spoke to Martin the next day and he was profusely sorry. Skip ahead to today I once again ordered 2 family feast and while the order was correct the food was sorry to say not good. There were bare bones in box. The bbq was clearly yesterday's meat. Ribs like jerky, tritip dry and brisket so dry with no moisture. For $130 it was a total let down. I just don't see how I can continue to patronize them during the pandemic. I really was trying to use the restaurants I likeMore

The food is always tasty, however, my biggest complaint is the sides always seem lukewarm or cold. So sad. For what you pay I expect everything to be served hot.

We were disappointed in the BBQ food since this is what they specialize in. We had baby back ribs and beef brisket. We have had much better BBQ meats at Wood Ranch at a similar steep price. The sides were quite good. Service was good....We won’t be going back, though, because we can get better BBQ elsewhere for a similar price.More

Best to arrive before 6:00 pm for dinner, otherwise expect some waiting. We love their 3 meats choice BBQ entree. Plenty of food to share with 2 people. Great smoke flavor and good selection for their side dishes.

This place does get full really fast during the night but with some patients and or reservations it is worth it. The family combo feast is best when splitting the bill and the meat is always prepared with much love. If you love BBQ I...suggest this restaurantMore

The Bbq was pricey and being from the south the baked beans were not sweet the biscuits were dry with sugar on top..? The man n cheese was like stouffers. The snickers pie was very good. Probably wouldn’t come back due to it not being...the bbq taste that I’m accustomed too and how expensive it was.More

Nice dinner with our grown kids. Lucille’s is pretty consistent with quality of food and service. Ours tends to have a lot of kids on the weekends so we ask to sit near the bar area to reduce the racing around and screaming small children....We will often order take out rather than try to eat in the noise and activity when they are busy. We like the variety of BBQ.More

We liked the Feast for Two. $50 for an appetizer, 3 BBQ meats, 2 sides, and one dessert to share. My kids did not like the children's menu. The portions are pretty small and not very flavorful. The new dessert - Peach bread pudding -...is not very sweet and doesn't have very many peaches in it. The dessert did not meet our expectations. But our waiter was friendly and the atmosphere was fun.More
