We tend to use Wat Phou almost exclusively for take out, generally for 6 or so of us. Particularly good for my vegetarian wife, but many good meat dishes as well.

I have been going to Wat Phou for years and they have great food and excellent service. It's a little hole in the wall and kind of hidden so not that many people know about it but I would recommend this place to everyone.

We came here for a last minute family lunch and they were able to accommodate our party of 6 quickly. The restaurant itself is lacking ambiance but the food is fantastic! We ordered quite a few items starting with the fried tofu and fried calamari. Both crispy and not oily. For our entrees we had the pad Thai, green curry,... More

Came by for Dinner - the pa-nang curry was excellent. I started coming here 20 years ago and it's still good. Large portions, plenty of spice - they will make it hotter if want, or give you Thai chili sauces to add for your taste if you ask. Probably the best Thai food I've ever had (and I've had some... Had dinner tonight at this off the beaten track restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service. The place is tucked back in the corner of a parking lot and not much else in the immediate area. Both my wife and I had different chicken selections and we found the meals to be plentiful and... Years ago I was at this restaurant weekly. It's been five years or more since I ate there last. I didn't recognize anyone. The dishes on the menu were more sophisticated and more expensive than I remember. I had a sea food curry that was very good. The other three people in our party seemed pleased with their lunches.

Want good Thai without a lot of fuss? This the spot! Wat Phou provides a solid, no-nonsense eating experience at value pricing. The staff are attentive and helpful, service is fast, and food is consistently good to very good. Not quite a hole-in-the-wall, but close... it's a little off the beaten path but worth checking out for lunch or dinner.... More

If by chance you find yourself in Concord, hungry for Thai food, Wat Phou is a great place to have lunch or dinner. Wat Phou means "temple on the mountain" and is one of the oldest archaeological sites in southern Laos. While you will never mistake Concord for Thailand or Laos, you can take a short trip to Southeast Asia... More

Fresh ingredients, nice presentation, even hand carved vegetable garnishes make this a nice destination for authentic Thai cuisine. Plenty of parking and friendly service compliment a wonderful array of Thai dishes. Satay and peanut sauce is superb...pad thai is one of my favorites of ANY Thai restaurant. Mild and flavorful curries all house prepared. Low prices, low overhead, high satisfaction...... More
