New to the area for about a month now. Recommended by a local friend. I've been back twice now and can say this will most definitely be a regular spot for me. The menu is one to excitedly explore!

Came for breakfast and found a ton of menu options. My friend had the Cajun skillet and loved it. I went for a combo since I wanted to try the surfcakes. The surfcakes are cinnamon yummy (and huge). They had to push over a second table to make room for all our plates, I kid you not! The service was... More

Cannot say anything bad about this place. Prices are the BEST and for a small place they offer a wide variety of choices. Sometimes I wish they were open for dinner but I like the prices the way they are and I'm betting it's due to the limited hours. Our favorite menu items are "The Usual" and "Breakfast BLT" both... I had been curious about this place and saw their signs on the side of the road that made my mouth water, so I decided to try it. If I had seen their window sign BEFORE I went in which states "come for the food...not the service," I would have been better prepared to wait. Being acknowledged and greeted could... More

It's a typical breakfast joint with okay (good) food. The potatoes tend to be on the undercooked side the two times prior to this visit, so I'll see today. However, what earned it only 2 stars is the poor service. The servers look very busy always moving from one end to the other end of the shotgun style layout but... More

Fun, very friendly and cool place. Food was very good. The cinnamon French toast was yummy. Coffee was delicious. The decor was very kitchy . I really liked this place. Wish I would have tried it sooner.

This is the kind of restaurant you can't help but love. The food is great and the room has a local homie feel. The owners are hands on which lends a personal touch. I know they are relatively new and while there had been hiccups on the service side in the past they seem to have everything down now. The... More

I had breakfast at the Cowboy Surfer Grill. I ordered the Monterey omelette which included linguica, mushrooms, black olives and Swiss cheese. The omelette came with toast and home fries. The omelette was excellent. The home fries were only fair. The coffee was very good and was served in a large cup.
