My favorite little place on Coronado. I love going here with my dogs, sitting outside and enjoying a pastry or piece of quiche.

Very small breakfast sandwiches for $9.50! Coffee was very good on the upside! Can sit outside and enjoy the view is a plus!

We stopped by for a light lunch on a friends recommendation. We had the curried chicken salad which was delicious. The real treat however was the black and white bread pudding- OMG!!! Loved it. It was warm and topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and caramel. And it's big enough for two. Try it!!

Good food and great goodies to eat. We had lunch and I tried the earthquake cookies that were perfect little burst of chocolate. We often stopped in for a dessert, but they have good food also.

I love this little place; the luncheon sandwiches are the best and the pastries are, too. Espresso coffees and breakfast scones can't be beat. I haven't had dinner here, but have heard it is just as good. Give it a try! Can sit inside, or outside on the front patio.

Tartine was a default restaurant. Me and a friend were at another restaurant close by which did not work for us so we left and ended up at Tartine. I always thought tartine was mainly desserts and breakfast foods but was I surprised. My friend and I actually split the food we ordered. The waitress even brought the food on... More

Arrived at just after 11AM on a Saturday, so just missed out on any breakfast items, our original intent. We decided to stay and order lunch. Glad we did. Menu offered a variety of sandwich options with unique ingredients. My turkey panini was excellent. See posted menu. Was a little confusing whether it was a table wait service or counter... More

I enjoyed Nicoise Tuna sandwich very much. I found the restaurant sort of fancy in a casual way and found the server very friendly and helpful. I did not try any pastries but they sure look wonderful. The restroom could have been cleaner but I would definitely go there again. I might add that this was my second visit to... More

If in Coronado and you are looking for a casual dining environment with good food this is your place. They have both inside and outside seating, dog friendly outside, nice attentive staff. I only have experience with DInner which was the Flat Iron Steak, which was delicious.
