We haven't been there for dinner (yet), but we love their menu offerings -- and their soup is unbelievable. Well . . . I recently visited the Craftsman Tavern in Encinitas for happy hour and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tavern offers a range of craft beers sure to satisfy the most discriminating tastes.
