In the year of 1999 Konstantin Restaurant was built in an idyllic location in Kalathos village,on the south part of Rhodes island,only 6km from the renowned village of Lindos. With a view of the village of Kalathos,on the side of Atrium Palace Hotel,we will endeavour to create beautiful moments of relaxation and great gastronomic variety for you . Taste our cuisine with fresh products which to a large extent are coming from the restaurant’s own garden and from Rhodian producers. Enjoy your meal with a bottle of wine from our wine-cellar where you can find a variety of red,white,rosé or sparkling wines and Champagnes from Greece,France, Italy and America, which are kept in special temperature-controlled wine cabinets. Finish your meal with delicious sweet dishes, ice cream or a nice aromatic coffee and tea. I have visited many restaurants in Greece and by far this is one of the best. Upon arrival there were sanitiser stations at the entrances. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to choose where I wanted to sit. The restaurant is pristinely clean with attention to detail. The menu has lots to choose from; Maria the waitress was very friendly and very knowledgable and recommended me what to choose. For starters I chose grilled calamari and for main mixed plate with greek potatoes the presentation was exceptional and tasted delicious. While waiting for my food I was given a lightly battered king prawn with a sweet chilli sauce as a complimentary appetiser (nice touch) and after I finished my main course I was offered a complimentary sweet or drink I chose the sweet which was a deconstructed cheesecake (another nice touch). Maria checked back to our table each time without being intrusive. She was very professional and attentive. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Rhodes. Have a good winter!

We ate here on the first night of our holiday at the nearby hotel and loved it. We had the prawns saganaki as a starter which was delicious and more substantial than expected. We both had their Greek Mixed Grill plate with chicken gyros, lamb chops, beef meatballs and souvlaki as mains. The was a lot of food but it was all beautifully cooked and so tasty. The mains came with various types of potato - we went for the potato au gratin and Greek oven potatoes. Both were nice but the potatos au gratin were especially lovely as the oven ones were essentially roast potatoes with a few herbs added. The side dish of Greek salad was lovely too.
I opted for a 250ml carafe of Retsina. The waiter made sure I knew what to expect before he let me order it! I said I was having it for old times sakes as I hadn't drunk it since I was a student some decades ago. It was as I remembered it - unusual and drinkable but won't be my first choice of drink in general!
The whole meal came to 54 Euros (about ÂŁ46) which we thought was very good value. We wished we'd had longer for our holiday as we would have liked to go back but there were so many different places to eat that we didn't get chance. It was a Saturday night when we went and was quite busy so there were no tables left outside. They said we could eat inside if we could prove we'd been vaccinated for covid. We were easily able to do this with our UK NHS Covid App. We were really happy that they were checking this as it made it feel safe. They also had hand gel on every table which we discovered all cafes, bars and restaurants go in Greece.

This family-owned and run restaurant is right outside the Atrium Palace and is fully recommended. I have had the pleasure of eating in many restaurants around the world and found this to be one of the best I've ever eaten at. Traditional Greek cooking is paired with the freshest seafood and quality meats to make for a truly incredible experience. When considering the prices charged, the value for money is incredible and surpassed only by the quality of the food and the friendliness of Kostas, Maria and the team.
We'll be returning to Rodos, and we'll absolutely be returning to Konstantin's!

During the 8 nights we stayed at the Atrium Palace we ate at 7 different restaurants.
We did not eat at the Konstantin until our penultimate night and then voted on which was the best of the seven.
The four of us, (me, my wife and two teenage boys) unanimously voted Konstantin the best on quality of food, service and ambience.
It was slightly more expensive than any of the other local restaurants (probably 10% higher) but we ate at tables with proper tablecloths and napkins.
We revisited the Konstantin on our final evening and had delicious mezes, fresh fish of the day and home made desserts, followed by complimentary Limoncello liqueurs.
All seven of the restaurants provided wonderful hospitality and decent food but Konstantin was head and shoulders above the others, hence the five star rating.

I visited the restaurant last night with a friend here on holiday,it was certainly the best overall dining experience we have both had for a long time.
Superb attention to detail in every way!
Great detail to cleanliness in every way
Delicious food calamari,garlic prawns,mixed meat plate and a delicious lamb shank all cooked in traditional Greek style.
Complimentary appetizers also dessert or d drink
The restaurant closes for winter in Sunday,please give it a try if you can

We (Julie and Ralph) have visited Maria and her team every year for at least the last decade. She and her team always extend a warm welcome, valuing that we have returned, but they similarly greet new customers alike. The food is consistently superb, well presented without fuss, and is served in a suitably unhurried manner. We’d have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the restaurant to others. Thank you.

We visited Rhodes last year and stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant, we were so pleased with the service, the food and the friendly atmosphere that when we arrived for our holiday this year we returned within 4 hours of being on the island. We were welcomed back like old friends and the food was delicious as always. Special thanks to Kostas for making us feel almost at home. We will 100% be back regularly during our stay this year!!

If you are anywhere in the region from Faliraki to Lindos, come here! Excellent food and friendliness from all waiters. Talk to Kostas, his family runs the place and will treat you very well.
You will pay between 8 to 13 euros for very good food in enough portions!

it was the first we had returned to Konstantin for 18 months, and its nice to see nothing has changed, it's still fantastic.
We were met by Maria and showed to our table where we then looked after for the entire evening by Kostas, and what a great job he did of it.
He helps one of our guests with details of the choices of his meal, and was attentive to our every need.
We had dolmades x 2, mussels in white wine etc and scallops to start. Every one a winner !!!
Followed by Salmon in tomato and basil, moussaka, a rack of lamb, and the crowning glory.....giant king prawns in garlic.
Every single one hit the bullseye, it was fantastic, all this accompanied by great wine, and the perfect evening.
I can't recommend this enough, its just a shame there aren't enough days left in our holidays to go back again ( well maybe once ....)

We stayed at the Atrium Hotel just opposite the restaurant and after seeing great reviews decided to visit on the last night of our holiday and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is a lovely and warm family-run restaurant with passion. Mum running the restaurant, son waiting and was our waiter on the evening and Dad in the kitchen, how lovely. We had the most beautifully cooked food including Scallops, a fish medley of King Prawns, Salmon and Mussels and the most beautiful Greek Lamb Shank dish. If you can manage it, go for the Chocolate Bomb dessert too, it was stunning. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, friendly people and excellent food and the very reasonably priced for the quality. We would love a restaurant like this back home and would highly recommend a visit, thank you guys for making our last night of our holiday even more special.

From the moment we turned up,we were greeted with a friendly natural smile and we felt at home .The restaurant is family run.The service very attentive and members of staff always asking if we were enjoyng the food.Kostantin was good at suggesting certain dishes and explaining what the ingredients were.Food was faultless in our opinion from the octpus to the chateau briand.Very relaxed atmosphere with soft music in the background.Considering there are other restaurants in the vicinity Kostantin was the busiest.Some members of staff speak a couple of languages which helps .Very good value for money too!! A big thank you to the members oof staff!!Overall we enjoyed the evening and we ll definetly recommend it .We will return when next time in Kalathos.

This restaurant is run by a lovely family that make you feel like you are appreciated every time you visit. Gluten free options are excellent and the choice of menu all round is great. It is so popular I would recommend that you book a table as it is so popular.

This is our favorite restaurant in Kalathos. We take bed and Breakfast at the Atrium Hotel and very often dine there.
The menu offers a variety of dishes and you can pick your choice.
Very good value for money, midway between a simple taverna and a trendy restaurant.
Beautiful location with playground for children.
It is a family owned restaurant.
Everybody is friendly and attentive.
The cooking leaves nothing to wish in comparison to fancier restaurants.

Recommended by the owners of the Villa we were renting, Konstantin did not disappoint. The food is exceptional at a very reasonable price, such a welcoming & friendly restaurant. Kostas who looked after us was faultless & having said during our meal that we were staying in a villa on the hillside, we left the restaurant only to have Kostas appear in a car by the side of us to offer us a lift home! Now that is service!
We ate here 3 times in our 8 day stay and every meal was delicious. Highly recommended. Thank you Kostas!

We visited this restaurant whilst staying across the road at the Atrium Palace hotel. The restaurant was busy, we were acknowledged and despite not having a table available
the staff soon found us somewhere to sit.
The waiting staff were delightful, chatty, smiley, and genuinely friendly and happy to offer advice and recommendations from the menu.
We ordered the grill Octopus, Moussaka, Chicken Souvlaki and Greek Salad. All of our meals were excellent, arrived hot, presented beautifully and tasted delicious. We were too full for desert but we’re treated to some complimentary Greek yoghurt, with grape compote.
Before leaving we reserved a table for our next visit.
Highly recommend this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.
