Very nice restaurant in an older neighborhood of Eureka. The restaurant is not big and the locals came here during our time there. We made a reservation which turned out to be a must as several groups were turned away. We both had their pizzas...More

We had reservations - and were seated and served quite nicely. The wait staff was great - very friendly and suggested great dishes. The food was different and much more inventive than most in the area. The Mushroom cobbler appetizer was absolutely delicious. Lots of...More

Had reservations as they are required. Very small dinky place. We were seated immediately and then did not receive any attention for about 20 minutes. 2 couples came in after us who did not have reservations (they had a party cancel) and they were both...More

Made a reservation for Brick & fire - trust me you need one! Sat at the bar which was great - lots of activity in the kitchen to watch. Cooks / servers move fluidly in the kitchen, very nice entertainment. The food was good, not...More

We stopped by here on our recent trip and were very lucky to get a table for 6 as it was evident this place should be booked when possible. They acccommodated us service was very good, the choices were quirky, with a wide range of...More

Came here to celebrate a birthday and had a very memorable evening. The margharita pizza was excellent as well as the antipasti and wood fired apricots stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon. The service was great and they went out of their way to...More

The prices might be alittle higher, but the food is delicious. I have been here more than once for a special occasion lunch with friends. Highly recommend!

I loved that the restaurant is located in a residential area, has plenty of street parking, and changes its menu according to what's in season. Service was a bit slow. The waitress took a while to take our order and didn't really check on us...More

Polenta night is always yummy, always a vegetarian polenta dish which I appreciate. The female waitress was described as efficient. I have a slightly different take. The food is worth it though.

Description
To just call Brick & Fire Bistro an Italian restaurant wouldn't quite describe it. The space is focused on our wood-fired brick oven - the 'cornerstone' of the kitchen. In it we do everything from bake breads & pizzas, roast lamb shanks & pork chops, and bake ziti and polenta lasagna! We have a wine list offering more than 25 wines by the glass, local beers on tap by Redwood Curtain Brewing, and comfortable, professional servers top off your experience. We love serving the food we love.
