Over a year ago, I had breakfast at this place. This morning, I decided to eat there again. Eat Well still looks a bit run down inside and out, but the food is still very good and so is the service. Generous proportions of bacon and potatoes, eggs cooked just right and very thick wheat toast. I'll be back again.

Don't go for the decor but the food is classic American and generally quite good. Breakfast is excellent. The banana nut pancakes are the best in LA.

I had some of the best tasting baby back ribs here! The meal is rather large, you get soup or salad plus French fries and coleslaw with the ribs so it makes for a hearty meal. I had broccoli cheese soup and it was delicious!. The meat on the ribs was very well seasoned and cooked. Very tender and with... More

We like to avoid chain restaurants when on vacation and try to eat local. We were happy with our choice to have breakfast at Eat Well & were satisfied with the food. I ordered Lox while my family ordered omelettes, eggs benedict, and huevos rancheros. It was all good. It is a diner so don't expect it to be fancy.... More

I'm a Glendale native, living in my childhood home and Eat Well has been down the street from my house my entire life, but I never tried it. Recently, I saw an article listing Los Angeles cheap breakfast restaurants and the glowing review caught my eye. A few weeks ago, my husband and I tried it for breakfast. This is... More

I have driven past this restaurant for at least 10 years. The building is off putting some how. Like a false front on a movie set. Scanning the room everything seen is dark and dated. I felt like looking for the light switch. The room had a dreary dim that made the room feel oppresive. The menu is standard cafe... More

At first glance, one might say, "This is one old coffee shop." When you enter, you suspicions are justified. This place has been here for decades and really could use a facelift. Maybe so, but my breakfast was very good. Three eggs, cooked as requested. Hash browns cooked until they were actually browned. And the Wheat toast, excellent. Good service... More

I went to this Eat Well years ago and decided to see how they were faring in a recent visit to LA with a few friends. It was a horrible experience. My friend found a fly in the sugar dispenser, which then fell into his tea. We told the waitress and she removed the sugar dispenser. When she returned with... More

I've been here twice and I love this place. The staff is friendly and smiling. They make you feel at home. The food is pretty good too! They have a coffee cake that they bring to the table and its yummy. Definately a thumbs up for this place.
