Friendly place, best for lunch. Great choice of their home crafted beers. Food & beverages are fairlly priced. They are a sports bar but have outdoor seating.

Situated in a shopping plaza, Hollister Brewing Co is a nice restaurant with lots of seating inside and out. The beer was pretty good but the food was over priced and not good, and the service was unfriendly. My husband and i both got pizza figuring how bad can pizza be. The pizza was bland and it must be some... More

Had a nice dinner with family. Service was quick and friendly and the food was enjoyable. Burgers were nice just as the dishes with Mexican touch. Great selection of their own and local beer.

Was in goleta for business and asked for recomedations from the locals. This place was recommended for drinks. They brew everything on site and had good deals on flights so you can try all of their offerings. Felt the food I got was average, could just have been me choosing poorly. But if your looking for some craft beers not... More

Always good beer and generally above average food, but the Taquitos were the best ever. Can't believe I didn't discover them earlier. Will definitely be back soon.

The beer brewed here isn't as good as a true stand alone craft brewery, but it's not bad either. They have the average bar food and the burgers and tacos were pretty good. They do have a nice outdoor seating area as well.

I stopped in here to get dinner and a few beers at the end of a business trip. Their beer is great. Food is good but not as good as the beer. If you are staying at the Marriott down the street and you are looking for a dinner/drinks place to cap off a trip this would be the place... More

We were visiting our son in Goleta and he brought us to one of his favorite palaces. We love it. We eat salad, pizza, quesadillas, and we drank beer. They had a selection of tap beers and added to the menu, the specialities. We order the special pizza and the quesadillas from there and they were original and very tasty.... More

Loved the arugula, beet, goat cheese salad. Good service, somewhat generic setting. Beers were good and well served.

Son and I decided to go out in between rainstorms and ended up at Hollister Brewing. it's always busy, but tables are usually available so in we went. Son had their chicken Pot Pie which came with a glorious perfectly baked crust and he raved about the filling - chock with chicken, veggies and a thick sauce. i had their... More
